My save and subscribe order was never…

My save and subscribe order was never sent. After numerous phone calls my order was never received even after three weeks, even thought bitiba said they had sent a replacement specialist diet order still it wasn't received. I since cancelled my subscription with bitiba. I cannot rely on this service as my dogs have to have a specialist diet which I can only purchase online.

Good stock choice, poor customer service!

Ive used this company for a while and although pretty much every time I order i get a message saying it's delayed I have still received my items and allow for a bit longer as they have a good choice of high quality cat food.
However last Order didn't arrive and they could give me no reason why it was returned to them without as far as u know any delivery attempt. This may be down to the courier but my issue was the customer service. They offered me a refund or to resend and as I was desperate for the food I asked to resend. Then I got a refund as apparently one or more items were out of stock. Didn't get any chance to say send the rest. Didn't get much of an apology or any goodwill gesture. Just felt like they wasnt really bothered and ive been a good regular customer for a good while now.

Not as good as used to be

Not as good as used to be. Duscout now been reduced for existing cystomer stamp cards but not for new, hiw is that encoyraging customers to stay? Plus you cat just add your stamps to an exusting order, u have to rder there n rhen to get duscount, which agin is nit encouraging exusting clywnts as if yoy ordwr regularlt then why/how should u have to pkace extra order to get them, shoukd be a bonus on top if you beung a paid nember. I gave 2 cats and gavw akwats orderwd a lit frim them.

BITIBA are always helpful

BITIBA are always helpful. Usually my order is delivered within 5 says or less. Twice Evri has lost ! The bag of dog food. How can you loose a 15kg bag ? Within hours of asking for a replacement Bitiba have sent one out. I cannot fault them It is the delivery company Evri that are to blame.

The 1st order was great price

The 1st order was great price. Mid Nov, I ordered 3 x Cosma freeze dried chicken 200g carton's, for my daughters cat, priced at £23.99. Went to place a repeat order 3 days ago & the price is now £51.19 ! Emailed them & they say due to suppliers & logistic costs they have increased the price. Unbelievable that there is such a massive increase. I have sent email to Trading Standards as this increased is beyond belief. Sadly, I won't be using this company again.

Fantastic pet products at very competitive prices

Bitiba are a great company to buy all your pets needs from.
The only let down is the Courier Evri that they use to deliver your order. They are an unreliable Courier and there is no way to speak to a person which is terribly frustrating when your order goes missing.
