Makes decisions arbitrarily
Makes arbitrary decisions, provides misleading information, requests sensitive personal data, enforces contracts without a signature or even verbal consent, and does not reply. I strongly do not recommend them.

Open contract for mobile signature and been told I can cancel any time - it cost me 8euro a month. First bill 15euro as various fees applied I been not told - so I cancel it - and got 36 euro to pay cancellation fee - as it’s 24 month contract and I’m canceling it . My fault I didn’t read 10 pages small print .
Don't trust their words
Filthy lying scammers. Sweet talks, huge promises, but in the end it's opposite. Charge extra for nothing, have to call, wait in line for long time. They promise to fix everything, write down fictional fees, and at once start scamming into another "wonderful" offer. Of course imaginable fees don't get written down, so in the end giving up and pay, just to get peace of mind
Bite is a complete nightmare that fees impossible to escape
Bite is a complete nightmare that feels impossible to escape! For three years, I haven't been able to change my plan because they automatically renew my contract without my consent. On the other hand, with a different contract, they fail to renew it and then quietly charge me €420 for a single month, claiming the contract had ended. Why is one unnecessary contract renewed automatically while the other is not? This is blatant deception and fraudulent behavior. Where is the government oversight? This is a scam!
Very disappointed with Bite LT.
To be honest, at this moment I feel misled as a customer by Bite LT.
Their sales team and support gave me misleading information about my plan, and now I keep getting unexpected extra charges. Service feels unreliable, and support doesn’t take responsibility!
An attempt to upsell a plan using incomplete or misleading information, and then shifting the full responsibility onto the customer, is unacceptable.
Scamming customers with their personal data /Avoid that mobile operator in LT!!!
Avoid this Lithuanian mobile communication provider.
Real story.
I have on my company Bite mobile numbers. I have digital sign personal service included.
One moment I found letter from debt collector company, what on my personal name, ID - exist contract for mobile phone number and new iPhone and debt around 1744 EUR :) Most funny what I do not use Bite service personally, I use my company mobile phone number, digital sign service. Bite know me, know my contacts, but somebody from their managers did scam - use my ID data and put on me contract with iPhone by online and was sent to unknown address as I saw from documents.
Nobody informed me about iPhone purchases, contract, nobody have checked my credit score to sell expensive phone device, most important - Bite can sell to somebody phone devices under your name and put on you mobile phone number contract online without your knowledge.
Worst company - with employees scammers schemes.
Sure now need spent time to file a lawsuit. I think I am not a only one have suffered by that local employees iPhone selling scam scheme.
Have a nice day dear Bite!
Never ever choose this company
Never ever choose this company. They scam you, increase prices without you knowing, trick you with contracts. Very very bad experience and very rude workers.
It’s about the humiliation!
I submitted a contract termination request to Bitė Lietuva in January 2025, after moving abroad and no longer using their services. Their support agent confirmed via email that the request was received and that I didn’t need to do anything further.
Since then, I received no communication from Bitė. No confirmation, no updates, no invoice. Nothing.
Then, three months later, out of nowhere, I receive a threatening letter demanding €8.89 and warning me that my data will be forwarded to debt collectors and credit bureaus.
Bitė Lietuva, you might want to start organizing your internal processes before scaring people with debts. Or at the very least, send the final invoice before the threats — just a thought.
This isn’t just arrogance anymore — it’s petty cruelty. They stayed silent for three months, didn’t close the contract, didn’t inform me of anything, and now they send me an ultimatum over 9 euros, as if I’ve vanished with millions.
This isn’t about the money. It’s about the humiliation!
I would never recommend Bitė Lietuva to anyone.
Beware all new clients
Beware all new clients, they tell a different story before selling a plan and you get different pricing and unnecessary bills later. They never tell you that they charge >50 euros + Discount applied >50 euros (in my case), when you leave a plan, even when there is no restrictions to terminate the contract. I paid almost 150 euros for using it for a month.
The worst mobile operator in Lithuania
The worst mobile operator in Lithuania, avoid if you can. I signed two-year agreement and they managed increase price of service THREE times! However after each increase you can terminate the contract, but you have to get new SIM card, plus lease of the equipment is still valid and so on, and so on. But even after these bloody years termination of the contract is not easy. You call them in advance, but no, they do not have an option for termination at the preset date. However when you call to terminate immediately, they start telling that service will be terminated in a weeks time, etc. Scammers, shame that they still manage to exist.
Disappointed with Bite Lithuania's Service
I recently purchased an iPhone 15 Pro Max from Bite Lithuania, specifically because they advertised that any orders placed on working days before 13:00 would be shipped the same day. I placed my order well within the timeframe, but it's been over two days, and I have yet to receive any tracking information or updates on my order status.
The lack of communication is extremely frustrating, and their promise of quick shipping has proven to be unreliable. I expected much better service, especially for such a high-value purchase. I do not recommend their service based on this experience.
For two reasons alone, I can openly call them fraudsters
It's a long piece of writing, but I haven't been so angry about anything for a long time.
At the beginning of the year I had already sworn to myself to get rid of the Bitė's services as soon as possible, because they had unilaterally raised the price of the internet plan I had twice - according to the contract I had signed, I had to pay EUR 10.50/month, but about a year later they raised the price up to EUR 11.95/month, and from February of this year I have already been paying Eur 13.87/month. Turns out, there was a clause in the contract, in small letters, that allowed them to do this. Of course, when the contract was signed, they did not mention this. I have not heard of any other operator doing this. But here, it turns out, is not the worst.
On 3 September 2024, I received a call from Evelina K. of Bitė Lietuva, who told me that the discount period on my portable internet plan had expired and that I should renew my contract. She told me that my existing plan was only 40 Mbps, whereas she could offer a 5G plan with speeds of up to 300 Mbps. Well, that was the first lie, because with the 4G plan I had, I was able to "squeeze out" speeds of up to 150 Mbps in some cases, but I didn't argue. Of course, she offered a high price at first, but when I told her I'd rather switch to another network for the same price, she finally offered me 12,78 EUR/month and we also agreed on the price of 5G router rental. At the end of the call, I specifically asked if I was sure that my plan would be up to 300 Mbps, and she assured me that it would, but added that fair usage rules applied.
The next day, the courier delivered the router I had ordered, so I was able to test the 5G internet in the evening. Unfortunately, the speedometer showed a maximum speed of 100 Mbps. I was not satisfied, so I logged on to Bitė's self-service and instead of the promised 300 Mbps, I saw "5G/4G Home Internet up to 100 Mbps". I open the contract I received by e-mail and the same thing happens. I was shocked by the obvious deception - I am not that dumb to agree to pay more for a slower plan. It was even more surprising knowing that all their phone conversations are recorded...
That same evening, I was unable to call Bite, so I simply gave a brief description of the situation on their online form - demanding that they listen to the conversation between me and Evelina K. and give me what she had promised, otherwise I would terminate the contract immediately.
On the morning of 5 September, I called Bitė, but the consultant who answered, Dominykas, said he did not work in the same department as Evelina K., who had deceived me, and that the only thing he could do change my internet subscription plan with speeds of up to 300 Mbps, for an extra EUR 1/month. I told him that I did not care of 1 extra euro, but that what mattered to me was the truth. I refused, and during my lunch break I went to the Bitė showroom at Klaipėda's Akropolis shopping center. I told the consultant, whose name I don't recall, about the situation, but she didn't have any desire to restore the truth or to report to someone "superior" either. She simply offered me the same plan, but even more expensive than Dominykas - for 15 euro/month. I said I was not interested and requested to cancel the contract. She was very surprised that I could do that just because of the difference of two euros. The strangest thing was that, although I had returned the router worth a couple of hundred euros, I was not given any proof of this. When I asked about it, they just handwrote some kind of application number on a piece of paper.
In the evening of the same day, I subscribed to an internet plan from another operator (which was more expensive), and on 6 September, a day and a half later, I finally received a short message from Bitė Lietuva by e-mail:
"Hello.
Thank you for taking the time to contact us.
We are sorry for the delay in replying. We are currently receiving a lot of enquiries.
We regret the inconvenience. We see that you have already registered the cancellation of your contract with the showroom.
Sincerely
Daiva
Customer Service"
This is how Bitė Lietuva usually looks after its reputation.
Very slow internet
Very slow internet, it’s supposed to be “5G”, but it’s wayyyyy slower than that to the point where it’s almost unusable.
Very dissapointing service ,,AVOID”
Just signed new 12 month contract and very dissapointed from the beginning. I take new contract 29/12/2023, but find out my modem was not working so I have to buy new modem from them which is fine. The problem was, on 9/01/2024 I went to the ,,BITE” shop which is based in Kaunas, Islandijos pl.32, They had modem in a shop, but I could not buy it from them because my contract was 12 month, I was asked to make new one for 24 month which I refuse , because a new contract I have signed was only 10 days ago. So I have to order new modem online!! Cant understand if they have modem in shop , why I being as customer cant buy it!! They just like make things harder for customers🤦♂️
One Star Rating - Unacceptable Experience with Bite Mobile Services
I was a client at this company for many years; however, my recent experience has left me utterly disappointed. When attempting to renew my home internet contract at the shop in Vilnius, the process escalated to an unimaginable degree of frustration.
To my disbelief, I was advised to create a new contract as a new client, as existing customers are apparently not valued. Benefits seemed to be reserved solely for new sign-ups, leaving me feeling undervalued as a long-time customer.
In our haste to make a decision, we reluctantly agreed. Yet, when I requested to terminate my old internet contract, set to end by the month's close (July 26th), I was met with resistance. I was told to return the next day, with no clear reason provided. According to your own rules, I could have initiated the termination in June.
Several days later, to my surprise, I discovered that Bite retains the right to terminate the contract five days after the signing date. This information was never communicated, resulting in unexpected additional charges. Furthermore, the contract terms changed significantly, leading to a higher bill for unused services.
Subsequent visits to the shop to rectify these and other errors were met with evasion of responsibility. I was directed to contact customer service via email, promising a more effective resolution. However, this proved to be a futile endeavor, as my questions remained unanswered. The final response claimed an inability to verify the terms agreed upon in the shop, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied.
This experience is only one example of the numerous issues encountered when establishing a new contract, including discrepancies in the service package and inconsistencies between the app and the final bill. In summary, this company offers a subpar service with a woefully inadequate customer support system, and I can confidently label them as nothing short of unscrupulous.
I have severed ties with this company and will not be returning. While I will pursue a refund for the overpayment on the internet service, I hold little hope for a satisfactory resolution.
In light of this experience, I feel compelled to leave the lowest possible rating, in the hopes that others may be spared from the frustrations I experienced...
Scammers!!
Scammers, do not sign anything with this company!!!
They included “additional” services(go3 television that i never heard of) to my contract without my knowledge and forcing me to pay extra.
I also spend a lot of time abroad and they are also forcing me to pay for data in europe even though i am supposed to get 33gb for free of charge.
Customer service is absolutely horrible and rude. They refuse to answer any questions related to my account and even ignore messages!!!
Do not do any bussiness with these scummy scammers!!!!
Scammy service
Lithuanian, but will make sure that everyone understands.
Avoid this provider at all costs. When I mean ALL, I mean you would be better of creating your own company, even though you have no experience.
Firstly, they have contacted me and offered 3 months FREE of "GO3" service (some bad wannabe streaming platform). I said okay (who doesn't like free stuff?) but ended up forgetting about it and didn't even create an account there as instructed. Three months pass, I receive a letter with an invoice to pay 10+ euros. Did they mention that you would have to pay service fee after initial 3 free months during the initial phone call? Of course not. Now I received another invoice (after I contacted bite back in july) to pay for ANOTHER month.
If you are living in Lithuania, go with TELE2 or Telia, please. Avoid this scam of a service and you will thank me.
Hard to contact if you don't speak lithuanian
As non-lithuanian speaker, it's super hard to communicate with Bite Lithuania. When I call their business number, they almost every time says "Someone who speaks english/russian will recall you shorly" but no one never recalls.
Also at their store when agreed on 2 phone numbers, they appended Go3 and E-sim for watch and we have been paying for these for 3 months (Because we didn't connect to my bite to see current devices). Overall experience being non-lithuanian speaker is awful.
Erasmus and foreigners: go AWAY!
I'm here to tell you about an horrendous experience that I had with "Bite".
As an Erasmus, I moved in Lithuania on early February and I had to make a SIM card there.
I decided to go with Bite and they proposed me a full year contract.
I did that because I thought to stay for a full year, while in the end I decided to drop after 6 months.
After this period, I came back to my home country (Italy) and I thought to still use the SIM card as my plan with them was quite expensive and I had 28 GB to use abroad.
And that's where the scam is:
They told me that yes, I had 28 GB abroad, but by contract most of my calls and internet usage must be done in Lithuania!
(For those who don't know it, Lithuania is as big as Rome)
So, I ended up having to pay almost 100 euros for the other 6 months, while at the same time not being able to use my plan, because otherwise I would pay some sanctions!
Those people are nothing but scammers, be aware to go abroad with already a proper internet plan and if you are desperate, go and take a rechargeable in Telia: they are far cheaper!
