I had received a package and there was an error in the contents but Albert made it right! Anytime I’m confused with a product or I need one replaced thanks to my whale pass I get help as soon as possible! I only get my miners from bitcoin merch and so should you. Every turn that I find myself getting into the bitcoin merch team handles it with the utmost professionalism and as a military veteran I can’t tell you how much that’s appreciated.

Regular customer with bitcoin merch and the reason I continue to buy and remain a customer is the service that these guys give. Always available for questions and if there's an issue they have resolved it. I will continue to purchase from bitcoin mech! Thanks

Only downside is you are definitely overpriced. This makes it difficult because I do enjoy working with you guys. Especially the ability to call for help.

I bought a product that was not working and rather than sending me a new one, I had to wait until the defective one was sent back. I am on the east coast and they are on the west coast, it took almost 2 weeks for that process.

Chris is always willing to work with me in replacing any faulty items, or help with upgrades.

I received two Bitaxe 601's from Bitcoin Merch. The first one worked perfectly the second did not. I called customer service and they were very helpful in replacing the defective unit.

Only had the Legend Battle Pass for a couple months, the value was good. Every order arrived undamaged and on time.

Terrible service! Broken product!

If you are looking to buy a product they will gladly help you. However as soon as a product breaks they will not help.
They don't respond to any emails and they just leave you.

All of my aquired products broke within 2 months. The first product got replaced but as soon as they other products started dying it did not hear back. A couple thousand of dollars invested and nothing works and no customer support to help me or replace them.

It was long time (not less than a month) to wait until the item started to ship. The information about this should be in the site or communicated more clearly.

I am now running 3 miners from Bitcoin Merch, and they are all performing flawlessly. I ran into one issue while trying to connect to the miner and realized that the error was misreading the URL. Regardless of my error, the customer service was timely, respectful, and willing to help. This was greatly appreciated!

I give it a 5 on shipping, it was fast, but alas, a 2 as it stopped working after 30 minutes,..tried everything and it went back to the trying to configure to wifi and after that nothing..tried rebooting and everything the page and YouTube said to try,..and still nothing.

i sent an email stating what problems i had as a new user of such things, i received no response. One of the sticks had address from China on it..and all i wanted to know is if there was a way to reset a nerd miner 2...

Thanks for working with me on refund on the miner and power supply I bought. I should've done more research. Thanks again for fast support. I'll still be on a lookout for more doable tech I can probably figure out.
