They treated me with genuine care always maintaining a friendly attitude. I have always had a 5 Star experience with Bitcoin IRA's customer service team. I had a couple of questions about my 1099-R. When I called customer support, I was placed in a call back queue, which was very convenient for me since I did not have to keep holding for an agent. I got a call back in about half hour and Michelle Ceballos from Bitcoin IRA helped me in a courteous and efficient way. Very happy with the support I received.
