Bitcoin asset fund must be a scam that…

Bitcoin asset fund must be a scam that only leaves positive reviews on its site to mislead people. Their customer support doesn't seem to work. It's over two months now and I can't receive my pay out. Why should they ask for my documents a month after confirming that they have received my deposit? This should have been the very first thing to ask from me. God knows whether they are genuine or not.
