Decentralized, but a haven for anti-semites

Bitchute has become quite a viable alternative to Youtube. However, there is a problem with it that the site owners refuse to police. In almost every video posted, you will find comment after comment of the most horrible anti-semitic content possible. Not only this, but every single user is harassed by these parasites.

I don't see them growing much until they get rid of this problem.

I give up with BitChute.

Whilst I like and support the aims of BitChute to view content the likes of politically correct YouTube stop us from viewing, it just doesn't work. It completely forgot my password so I had to create another and even then you have to keep entering your login and password because it doesn't remember. It's been like this for ages and got the the point now where I just can't be bothered. Will try and find another more reliable platform because in truth BitChute is just a bug ridden frustration.

Fast growing competition to Youtube.

Fast growing competition to Youtube.
Been using it a lot for about 2 weeks now and love it.
Most of my favorites all have channels there now.
You can post anything about sensitive issues that would be banned on Youtube.
You can post pictures in the comments.
Its really good.
Only issue is I cannot copy/paste my watch later link into my video dl software to dl my watch later playlist(which I can on Youtube).
Otherwise I really like it.

An alternative to censored YouTube

Until recently I have only used YouTube as it has a much wider range of content and generally works very well. However, YouTube has now become a heavily censored platform and I believe in Free Speech. BitChute has some very strange content that I don't particularly like but at least it gives viewer the option to decide for themselves. Hopefully the content will get better as time goes by.

reliable to the point of unusable

Whilst the premise of the platform is legit, the upload tool is completely unreliable and the comments section is rubbish (cant get rid of spammenrs, can only hide their comments so you dont see it, but it stays there for everyone to see). I have to reupload almost every single video 2 or 3 times and sometimes have to give up entirely.
The feature which brings over YouTube uploads also works intermittently at best.

I really wish this thing as at least 80% reliable.

Bitchute Doesn't Respond to Issues on the Platform & Takes Days To Approve Videos, IF they Get Approved.

I've been with Bitchute for a year and a half. They do not respond to issues you are having with the platform. I've downloaded multiple videos and for some odd reason, some of them don't get approved or published, even though they say they are published. When I inquire, I get no reply. How are you supposed to run a news channel if you can't get content published or tech issues solved and worse if it takes hours to days to publish it? I'm disappointed.

Very disappointing and not worth it

I had so much difficulty just getting the account set up because it wouldn't accept my info. Later I finally got it set up only to find the interface is not user friendly and the search function was not really useful. The content I was able to find was very low quality and conspiratorial and a lot of it was hyperbolic and false. Doesn't look like an app that could be useful except to radicals and extreme conspiracy theorists from what I saw. I ended up uninstalling it because I didn't see any value in it.

Only three reviews? Deserves less...

Only three reviews? Hm, doesn't deserve them to be honest.

Really though, the website does deserve more stars, at least 4 as they have many advantages over YouTube.

However, as of late they have been quite possibly the worst video streaming site on the planet. And possibly even the worst site in general!!

Since Sept 21, I have been completely unable to to upload anything. ANYTHING. This is because their upload servers seem to have become the worst things ever.

Upload speeds to BitChute have been less, LESS, than 1Mb/s at all times. It would take a good DAY to upload my 1.5Gb files to the site. TWO WEEKS I MIGHT ADD that it's been like this.

To make matters worse, I have tweeted them TEN times since, emailed twice and sent two Facebook posts and I have gone ignored on all accounts. IGNORED for TWO WEEKS. Not even a quick, simple reply on my first tweet.

But oh, someone tweeted about their upload buttons not working and BitChute replied to the the same day. Obvious favouritism behind the scenes there.

I also started a Reddit thread and several people have come forward saying that this is also happening to them. I also made a quick YouTube video demonstrating the exact problem (just search "bitchute = trashchute").

BitChute has been unusable for two weeks, I haven't been able to upload at all. I'm not happy, my subscribers aren't happy.. yet BitChute couldn't care less about this problem that is clearly affecting many people. In their mind, ignorance is bliss. If it isn't happening to everyone, then why should they care?

Disgusting, disgraceful business from them. I shall be deleting my channel if it isn't fixed by Oct 21, exactly one month since I first noticed this problem.

BitChute is now TrashChute, utter garbage with disgusting treatment of their users.

Stay away, seriously stick to YouTube for now or use DailyMotion... that's what I'm doing now.

Non-1984 Youtube

Bitchute is the closest thing to a free speech version of Youtube. It actually works pretty good for watching and publishing videos.

If you value free speech, I urge you to pay for it as I have. Send Bitchute a little bit of crypto to Bitchute keep the project alive as they are not supported by big tech, big pharma or selling your data off.
