What has happened to Bitcade have they gone out of business there is no website?

My order arrived after 3 weeks, sadly it was missing all fixings and perspex screens (apart from the extra one I ordered to cover the joystick/button area.)

Communication has been very painful, often requiring 1-2 chase emails before finally getting a reply after several days, which was always very terse. Promised to ship the missing parts, but nothing ever arrived and they then stopped replying to emails at all.

Their website has since disappeared as have all social media accounts, so I am not holding-out any hope of receiving the missing parts.

BitCade provided us with a one of a kind arcade style game tailored to our company's brand colours and style. They were reliable and accommodating to any changes we required which was communicated with us promptly. Thank you!

1) I was told I’d get a 2 hour warning before delivery - I had no warning and I wasn’t home.

2) The wrapping was wet suggesting it was stored outside.

3) No guide on how to get to the setup instructions I was meant to follow based on the note that was stuck to the machine.

4) After finding and following the instructions, the guns wouldn’t calibrate - one gun wouldn’t respond at all.

I even sent step by step images of me following the instructions and a video of the failed results.

5) On trying to calibrate the only responsive gun, the on screen instructions showed 4 sensors, there are only 2 on my machine.

6) I contacted BitCade within 30 minutes of unwrapping the machine and they sent me to an alternative video which still didn’t work.

7) This new video also showed that the second gun could be calibrated at the same time yet despite the power light being on, the gun was unresponsive.

8) After updating BitCade of my findings, they said put it in an email and they’ll get to it Monday.

9) I paid £2000 for this machine and it feels like it’s missing sensors and wasn’t even tested before leaving the factory.

I’m very disappointed with the service and the machine doesn’t work.

I’ve asked for a full refund if the machine isn’t fully operational on Monday.

This company took my money said they shipped my arcade repeatedly told me it was on its way and then tried to spring a shipping charge of 1000$ after I already paid a shipping cost.

Machine is epic and looks amazing in our surf shop in Newquay. Stoked we picked the option to brand the arcade machine. Good communication from the team.

My experience feel very short of our expectations due to issues such as communication, below par designs and a lack of product quality for such an expensive product.

Firstly their level of support and communication communication standards were inconsistent, unprofessional, grammatically flawed and were often dishonest. I was told responses had been sent several times, days before and assured that actions had been taken when in reality no correspondence had been sent and little progress had been made. This lack of transparency and honesty diminished any remaining trust I had in their service.

The custom designs I requested during the design phase lacked the quality and attention to detail seen in the examples on their website and had to spend several days requesting rework to bring them up to standard I expected. Little effort was put in to meet our requirements. This was a red flag for the product we were to recieve but still held out hope.

This hope was quickly diminished upon receiving the product as it was clear that quality control checks and product testing do not take place. Not only did the item arrive non functional but it had significant damage, likely caused during shipping due to inadequate packaging. Once we did get it working, the system was using unlicensed version of windows too.

Overall, I would strongly reccommend avoiding using this company's products and services.

The console, delivery times, quality i cannot fault so why only three stars.
This company produces an excellent product but let themselves down by the Quality of service for instance if you add the Hyperspin upgrade they fail to highlight that you will need to add the Trackball and guns to play 20% of the games, Some of the games YOU will need to adjust the control set up to play and 1 or two simply will not work.
For the life of me You are supplying a good product make it excellent these things should be dealt with at order stage and surely set up before they leave your factory. then it would be FIVE STARS all the way.
Luckily i have some common sense and don't mind fiddling with software and even fitting a trackball but this should simply turn up with no issues and a plug and play games consul for the general public.

Very happy. I found the staff extremely helpful and supportive in helping me design my machine which looks great in my room. It has all the games I remember from my childhood including lots I didn’t even know existed

I am shocked by the beautiful ARCADE MACHINE. There are no words to describe the quantity of games, coming from different platforms,like PSP, and the wonderful games of the 80s and 90s.
The value of the ARCADE MACHINE is much higher than the purchase price.
It made me feel, like a teenager again, with myths like “Alter Beast” and “Double Dragon”.

Absolutely blown away with my arcade cabinet.

I chose to go with the upright 24inch Pandora EX with custom artwork. From placing my order and receiving it today it was around 2 weeks.

The customer service was excellent. They supplied me with artwork templates and once I uploaded my artwork they gave me advice on bleed etc.

The lorry turned up this morning. The delivery driver was professional. The unit was well packaged to the point it took me around 30mins just to take the wrapping off.

Then the big reveal. I'm blown away. The quality is amazing. My artwork looks stunning. The finish, trim joysticks, buttons... everything is far more than what I expected.

Felt very clean and simple process. Questions were answered in good time and the final product is beautiful and flawless. One thing I wish is that I got the name of who I was dealing with. Lol. Defo would work with them again though.

Fantastic company to deal with, helpful, accommodating and a brilliant product - my husband (and his friends!) are over the moon with his birthday present! Nearly bought the exact same one from eBay for the same price, before being told it was self-assembly - so glad I did some more research and found the guys at Bitcade!! Thanks so much
