Easy to use and super responsive team. I got the Bitcoin only version, which I recommend. I bought BitBox to swap away from a hardware wallet that wasn’t Bitcoin only. This is a great product and a respectable company.

Easy to use hardware wallet with great customer support
I have used several different hardware wallets and can recommend Bitbox02 (bitcoin only version) to anyone looking for an easy to set up and easy to use hardware wallet. The wallet is small, which is convenient and the UI is very easy to use for a wallet with such a small screen.
I had a problem with one device and Bitbox's customer support answered me very quickly and resolved the problem.
I probably would not recommend Bitbox for a single-sig setup for large amounts of bitcoin or if you needed to transact very frequently - I would like something a bit sturdier and air-gapped for storing large amounts of crypto and the UI is not so great that I would want to be making several transactions a day with this wallet.
But for an intro single-sig wallet or part of multi-sig setup, Bitbox is excellent!

The device is super easy to use, with a strong focus on security and reliability. The SD card backup feature is essential and works flawlessly.

Excellent customer service for defective products
Unfortunately, my Steelwallet Pro had a defect - three of the six pins could not be pushed in properly, making the product practically unusable. There was also some adhesive residue on the product, which was probably the cause of the blocked pins.
I contacted support and was absolutely impressed with the quick and straightforward help. I received a response within a few minutes. After a short video documenting the problem, a replacement was arranged immediately - without me having to return the faulty product.
The whole process was extremely customer-friendly and professional. This is the kind of support you want from any company. A clear recommendation!
