We investigated the issue. The problem is that you did not send the correct amount. The system requested 103.002527 USDT, but you sent 103.002570 USDT instead. There is a clear warning stating that we will not be able to recognize the payment if the exact requested amount is not sent.
That is why your order was not processed. As you can see, the fault is not on our side. We receive many orders, and there is no way to know which payment belongs to which order if the exact amount is not used. Please send us a USDT address and we will refund your payment.
Don't Use it, It's Fake Cash Grab Site
Don't use its service. I tried to get my txn filled in the following two blocks. They charged 150$ for it, but even after six blocks, my txn didn't succeed. It was only confirmed when the mempool fee matched my transaction fees.

We have investigated your transaction. While we accepted it for acceleration, most mining pools declined to prioritize it for internal reasons, which we cannot determine. It is likely that the addresses involved were on a blacklist.
However, two smaller pools did accept the transaction, so we proceeded with the order. The transaction confirmed within two hours, which is a reasonable timeframe. It is unrealistic to expect confirmation within just two blocks, and we have never promised such a guarantee. The mining process is unpredictable, as we cannot know in advance which pools will mine the next blocks.
In summary, we accepted your order and delivered results within a reasonable period. Many of our competitors would not have accepted this order at all, as you may have already noticed. While the confirmation could have occurred faster without the legal constraints, our system correctly estimated that it would succeed within a few hours—and it did.
My Bitcoin is stuck in the blockchain….…
This is the first time my BTC has been stuck in the blockchain for several days when I sent it from Coinomi who recommended I check bitaccelerate.com to accelerate my BTC transfer to my destination address. I was totally confused about the whole process, but their website gave me clear instructions on why my BTC may be stuck in the blockchain and how to accelerate the confirmation process and receive my BTC. I used the free accelerate service yesterday and I’m currently waiting and praying that my BTC gets sent finally 🙏.

The mempool is extremely congested right now. The chances of success with free rebroadcasting are very low. We suggest using the Premium option if you want your transaction to be confirmed in the next several blocks.

I have only tried the free rebroadcast which hasn’t helped and I am willing to pay for the premium now as long as I can get confirmation it will actually work given the low fees of the transaction, and I don’t see another place to ask.

You can try so spent the output with a higher fee (CPFP). Search for "CPFP calculator" on Google, and it will assist you in calculating the precise fee required for the descendant transaction.

There was indeed a delay because the fees increased more than 30 times after placing an order for your transaction. As mentioned earlier, we opted for a pool with a smaller capacity to stay within the budget.
We confirmed the transaction precisely eight and a half hours after receiving the payment for it. This falls within a normal timeframe, especially given the high network activity at that time.
This timeframe aligns with the intervals outlined in our general terms & conditions, which you agreed upon. Typically, transactions are confirmed within 2-4 hours. However, during the minting of Ordinals tokens at that time, transactions experienced an unusual delay.
We exerted every effort to accelerate the process; however, technical constraints hindered a swifter resolution.
