Mario in customer svce was the best

I dealt with Mario at customer service as had a part in my little green machine broken .He spent a lot of time trying to sort the part as machine was 15 years old .He was polite and patient .I eventually decided to update with a new machine that he gave me 30% off .Couldnt have asked for better communication .I haven’t received it yet though

Bitterly disappointed

I have never dealt with such incompetence from a brand. Machine was faulty after first use, then not only did it take three separate occasions to get anyone to answer the phone during the hours specified on their website but then I'm told to email through countless photos and videos, receipts etc just to prove that their product was faulty. Did I receive a reply? Sure after 2 weeks. Only to be told by someone who writes like a child that I now have box the machine up and post it to Victoria to have it "assessed". It's a brand new product. Customers should not be this inconvenienced after spending close to $1000 on a carpet cleaner. My advice is to avoid this company at all costs.

Just awful

Just awful. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your sanity. Their products don't perform as advertised, and their aftersales service is the worst I've ever encountered. I will forever be warning people to never buy Bissell

Rubbish company rubbish products…

Rubbish company rubbish products rubbish after sales care. Don’t buy absolute scam Chinese brands care way more than these Dutch dogs did I mention rubbish and time wasting after care funnel that backs and forwards and lets you down if you play their stupid games. I hate you!

I bought a Bissell hydrosteam

I bought a hydrosteam ...and there will never be another. I will be faithful to this product ( as long as it maintains its standards). I have had the basic model for a few months, and it is brilliant.

Bad aftercare service

Had the cleaner just over 3 years used 15 times then the motor blew up. Contacted Bissell and was told to send it back and would be repaired at my own expense. For a product that cost well over $500 to fail in this way and to be brushed off after explaining what had happened is just not good enough in my book. I have always bought Bissell products but never again.

Crosswave Max 2765F

I purchased a Crosswave Max Model 2765 on 28 March 2022 for the first 18 months it worked Ok, after that it became a nightmare leaking. and streaking and just not doing a good job. I contacted the warranty help line, it appears to be an overseas support which really doesn't resolve anything the email thread between Bissell and myself would be pages long they send suggestions on how to fix the problem, but it doesn't fix it at all, I finally demanded that they send me a new cap that didn't work either, the cap appears to push down the water pipe which i guess is controlled be the trigger, I am now thinking the trigger may be the problem which will need some attention, I haven't been able to speak to an Australian representative to get some sort of resolution, because big brother keeps getting in the way Just very annoying they need to take the product back or provide a service solution in Australia. I have taken that many photos that it could appear in its own Movie. I would like clear direction where to send this Machine. There is only 3 months to go before warranty runs out.

Bissell after sales support abominable

ProHeat 2 works OK until I tried an attachment. Did not fit. Called support about 12 times over 4 months. Going around in circles. I sent unit back to Mulgrave from AusPost supplied coupon. I have not seen any reply since. Had been told many times someone will contact. I've received NIL contact. I think this is a standard ruse to get you off the phone.

I purchased the Bissell Pro Heat 2x…

I purchased the Bissell Pro Heat 2x Revolution Pet after reading great reviews online to clean my carpet. Initial couple of times was great, and then it stopped having much suction altogether. The upholstery attachment has zero suction too. In lesser than 5 uses, the water tank started leaking. We tried contacting customer service for a replacement as our machine is well within the warranty period. Customer service has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. The response time took weeks. First, they emailed us a generic instruction to ensure we've checked that the machine isn't simply clogged...it isn't. We're exceptionally clean people and look after our appliances to ensure they remain in tip top condition.

The latest from customer service was that they are unwilling to replace a faulty appliance that has cost us an arm and a leg to purchase. Instead, they are now telling us that we need to purchase a new water tank. Nothing mentioned about why the suction has suddenly vanished without reason. So now, we're left with a useless machine that remains well within the warranty period and very poor treatment from this unscrupulous and highly unethical company.

Steer clear. Save your money. Rent a carpet cleaning machine from Bunnings instead. Save yourself the trouble and energy with having to deal with this dishonest company. Needless to say, we've still not heard anything back from this company about a replacement. NEVER again!

PS: the carpet cleaning solution that came with the machine that purports itself a wonder solution for pet stains is also a false advertisement. It has done NOTHING at eliminating or even reducing the odour.
