Absolute shocking consumer care service…
Absolute shocking consumer care service my product is under 6 years warrenty and has stopped working called consumer care went through troubleshooting over the phone still not working then got told to wait 3-5 working days for a call for a home repair visit it’s now been 7 working days NOTHING I’ve called 3 times to just be told oh we will send an email through and if I don’t get a call back I have to send the product off to then wait a further 10 working days for it to be repaired verry slow at communication never buying from bissell again!!

Brilliant Spot Cleaner
Brilliant Company, i ordered a spot clean Pet Pro in the evening and it was on my doorstop first thing the following day! I was using my daughters before and thought i'd better get my own. Works even better than her older model, pleased i went with this one, so easy to use. Would definitely recommend.

I attempted to purchase a product directly from the Bissell website, the purchasing process appeared to fail due to an issue with my online banking. I tried to find out from Bissell if I'd actually managed to purchase the product or not, and they never got back to me. In the end I bought the same product from Argos. product good, Bissell customer service non existent.
