I had some issues with my server and my friends gave me a back and forth of needing to restore a backup and then unrestore the backup, it was a whole thing.
But Jacqueline was a great help, always being kind and sorted it all out for me within an hour of my problem arising.

Quick and Effective
I had an issue recovering my password information for my account. When I sent an email for help, Josh W was incredibly thorough! He responded immediately, giving me 3 methods to recover the info, and offered to help further if none of them worked out. Luckily, they did, and because of Josh W, my problem was fixed incredibly fast! Amazing staff and experience all the way!

I'm having trouble signing to any other location other than the one I started with.
My issue wasn't solved fully due to the lack of retries I had, however the experience was very enjoyable and honestly felt heard, ill be coming back again in a few hours to try again and looking forward to it instead of dreading it.

Service and ease of setup was great, performance with high tender and 7 people online was terrific. Only down side was the price, but you need to keep the lights on.

Sever kept crashing while using bonemeal
My server kept unexpectly crashing due to a client and server issue. After a couple days of working, the people at Bisect Hosting was able to fix mine and significant other's server back up and running.
