Kann nur positives berichten ❤️🙏

Vom 5.4-10.4 war Ich Patienten im medistanbul. Über OneKlick Health group wurde ich betreut. Von Anfang bis Ende hat alles gestimmt. Ela meine zuständige Ansprechpartnerin ist immer erreichbar und konnte mir alle fragen die vor der OP und nach der OP beantworten. Sie hat mich sogar 2x besucht in der Klinik um zu schauen wie es mir geht oder ob ich weitere Wünsche habe. Die Krankenschwestern waren alle sehr freundlich. Mein zuständiger Chirurg Dr. Ahmed Kaplan hat wirklich tolle Arbeit geleistet. Ich bin mit dem Ergebnis mehr als zufrieden.
Ich hatte Vorort zwei verschiedene Dolmetscher und auch die waren sehr freundlich. Wenn mal jemand nicht Vorort war , war auch dies kein Problem. Telefonisch war jeder zu erreichen und hat mir weitergeholfen. Ich bedanke mich ganz herzlich an das Team .
