Very poor customer service
Received a pair of trousers and there is a stain/marl on one of the trouser legs. I have emailed 3 times to find out how I go about returning them and haven't had a reply yet.

Ordered three pairs of trousers
Ordered three pairs of trousers, delivery swift with no complaints. However, trying to return an item is problematic. Phone no provided is not answered. No email address despite return policy saying phone or email to arrange return, and the messaging service does not work either.
I hope someone contacts me after ready this email in order to resolve this matter, if not, unfortunately I can not recommend using this company.

Ordered trousers. Delivered OK BUT trouser material reeked of some kind of fabric protector. Now washed 4 timrs; still smells bit reducing !!!
