We had our kitchen doors worktops and kick boards replaced. Pristine is what we were told it would be by Jonathan. Unfortunate after 2 days of huffing and puffing the job was a complete mess .On the 2nd night the fitter who is the owner of the company and her apprentice left .On inspection of the job I was shocked doors didn't align the kick boards hadn't been attached corniche had been cut and didn't line up properly. If I hadn't called the showroom on Saturday morning I don't think I would have heard anything off them.Jonathan came out to inspect the following Tuesday and it was agreed the job needed various snags completed. They sent a guy called sid round who was a god send if it hadn't been for him I really don't know what would have happened. My advice is think twice about this company doing any work for you ( once bitten twice shy) I honestly believe i have wasted my hard earned money NEVER AGAIN

I went to b.ham bathrooms in june 2024 for advice and help in buying a new bathroom suite,furniture and accessories.they were all so pleasant,helpful and patient with a woman who knows nothing about bathrooms.nigel spent a good hour with me until id got exactly what i wanted and was happy with everything.nothing was to much trouble for nigel and his team.they kept me informed on delivery dates.everything came intact and the quality of my bathroom and furniture was truly amazing.im so pleased how its turned out that i have returned to get my down stairs toilet done.would highly reccomend using birmingham bathrooms for quality.experiance and friendliness.

Did an excellent job on our bathroom and kitchen. First class service and installation. Their fitter Izzy was superb and always willing to listen to our demands and also to add his advice.

The service we received was excellent from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable staff all round. Our fitter worked incredibly hard and was cheerful and helpful at all times during the fit. We're very happy with our new bathroom and it was a pleasure to work with a company that looked after us. Will definitely be coming back for more!

Very good service overall. Main bathroom and ensuite replaced. Helpful and patient design advice. Work started on programmed date and completed to pre-arranged cost. Quality products and fitter excellent. Would recommend.

Fantastic service, staff are so helpful and all very accommodating , and quality work too. We have had 2 bathrooms and a kitchen so far . look stunning. Fitters are also very accommodating , faultless all round

WHAT A RIP OFF. I ordered some bathroom feature and wall cladding from this rip off company. Was told it would be delivered in 2 days waited in all day phoned them twice on the day but no mansion I would not be delivered. Asked for a refund because they can't deliver for 3 days only to be told that because they had some items I'd ordered I'd have to pay £65 cancel fee. Even though it was this rip off company that couldn't complete my order . Trading standards have been informed. Customer service is a joke lying about times and dates until I showed him my reciept then bounce off like some petulant little boy. Had to pay £65 just to get my £1499 they had of mine. Take my advice and stay Wall away

I was slightly anxious as I was changing a very odd bathroom in my newly purchased house .Johnathan came up with a great plan and Kuba fitted my new bathroom perfectly.So efficient,skilled ,polite and knowledgeable .Thank you all so much It’s a wow 🤩 Would highly recommend Birmingham Bathroom Warehouse Jennifer

Fantastic service. Johnathan came up with some great design ideas for our bathroom. Will definitely use again when we replace our kitchen.

My bathroom was tired and worn but I had no idea what I wanted in this small space. I went to loads of bathroom shops and got weary till I went to the Birmingham Bathroom Warehouse. Johnathan was a terrific help, using the computer to show me different layouts and working through each item step by step. The fitting was efficient and exactly the date they said it would be. I didn't like the shower head that came so they came and changed it the next day to one I liked. Terrific service and I highly recommend them.

Rubbish quality taps I have had the misfortune to purchase! Plastic gubbins that have worn after 8 months use... never again will I buy from this company. Complete rubbish. False economy....buy from reputable shop/company.
