I ordered a medium shirt for my boyfriend which was too small. I reached out to customer service to see what the return policy was and after sending pictures of the medium I received they emailed me back to let me know that they’d be sending me a large at no cost and that I did not have to send back the medium.

I was incredibly pleased with the customer service all around. I was fully expecting to have to send the medium back, which would have been 100% okay, but the fact that I didn’t made the process so much easier. The shirt itself was superior quality and the print on it was very well done, I had simply ordered too small of a size.

I highly recommend Birdiepolos and will certainly be shopping here in the future!!

I purchased 4 shirts and these are so fun. Expecting to wear them at my son’s pre-wedding golf outing and will add the perfect touch for the day. Quality was better than expected and customer service was excellent. Will order again.

The shirt I ordered ran small, so I contacted the company and they immediately and graciously agreed to send me a size larger… With no expectation for me to ship the original shirt back to them. Their customer service is fabulous. I’ll definitely be using this company again. And by the way ,the shirt has excellent quality.

Way too small. Asked for an exchange and they requested photos. Been days and have not heard back. I am a woman size 0 (XS) and it doesn’t fit me. I ordered man’s medium..Update, apparently they have been too busy to respond in a timely manor but they fixed the issue. Sending replacements in a larger size. Good customer service, just slow on response.
Update:Still waiting for replacements or a response. Calling my card company in 3 days to dispute the charges.

I ordered a polo for my husband's birthday and we loved it but unfortunately it was too small. I reached out to customer service about getting an exchange and they promptly made that happen. Their customer service was excellent and very prompt we will definitely buy more from them.

The shirt is made well and the patterns are adorable. True to size without being boxy. I bought for the schnauzer pattern and am very pleased with the shirt.

Still have not received the shirt or a tracking number.

Pleasantly surprised with the shirt I ordered. The fabric is high quality and the print is uniform and clear. They have a ton of designs that you can get on socks and towels to match too. Because they have so many options it seems they print to order so it takes a couple days more to arrive than if you ordered from a big company but it’s absolutely worth it for the price and quality.

Great shirts and wonderful customer service!! My shirt was to small and they sent me s larger size immediately with no hesitation!! The shirts do run small so I do recommend purchasing a size larger !! Love the shirts!!

I still don’t have my shirt. It says a shipping label was created but never left your facility. Very disappointing.

I ordered a shirt for my husband in the size 2xl. When we received it, we realized we should've ordered the next size up. Originally, we were bummed because the quality of the shirt is great. I reached out to customer service and was pleasantly surprised at their prompt reply stating a new shirt was on its way and that we could keep the original shirt. The new shirt fits perfectly! If I could give Birdiepolos and their top notch customer service 10 stars, I would!
