I was gifted an item from this company for the holidays. the order was placed in early December, but didn't arrive until February. When it arrived, one of the largest items was missing from the box. I reached out 8 times after, inquiring on a resolution. From those emails, I received 2 replies from a person.
The second finally offered a replacement, but then the replies stopped again after I accepted the offer.
It's quite astonishing to me that they continue to gain business with such a poor customer service model. Most definitely not worth the money that their gifts cost - especially because they won't deliver on them.

BirdieBox is a luxury corporate gifting company with a fulfillment center in Doral, FL, and experience centers in Frisco, TX, and Chicago, IL. The company About Us page describes their humble beginnings as a Golf Box subscription. I've ordered about 100 different items from them thus far for different occasions, and I personally enjoy gifting with them. I use them for personal gifting, and they have been able to accommodate my request.
 
Their embroidery and etchings are immaculate, and they can add just about any logo to their wide array of products. I'm pretty impressed with their shipping rates and product prices, and the product quality has also been phenomenal. They are a growing company that goes out of its way to accommodate you and ensure your gifting experience is enjoyable. They are a small team, but I believe they will grow as they gain more traction. They specialize in corporate gifting, which includes gifting suites as well as specialized accounts depending on the client. They have accumulated some well-known partners and are only going to increase. They are kind, friendly, attentive, and receptive. Overall, I believe they are worth trying out, whether you are into corporate or personal gifting.
