Super happy with their products and support.

We bought the Birdfy 2 double camera feeder for each other for Valentine's Day. We absolutely love this feeder. It comes with a lifetime AI support. Setup was pretty easy. I did have an issue with squirrels that ate away at part of the base that holds in the food and I contacted Birdfy and they sent me out a replacement free of charge right away. Very happy overall with their customer support and would recommend them to anyone. We will definitely buy from them again.

Great images

Great images. Wifi has to be really strong to maintain an uninterrupted live feed. The Hummngbird Duo has AI bird identification which seems accurate so far. That said you get false motion alerts (a lot) even when no bird or other critter is present, resulting in some maintenance hassle to delete unwanted recordings. The base has threaded brass holes for mounting to a stand, but no screws and CS had no idea what size would work. After some time at Ace Hardware I arrived at an M3 6mm thumbscrew to do the job.

I got my wife the Birdfy 2 Pro and she…

I got my wife the Birdfy 2 Pro and she absolutely loves it! The clarity and detail of the birds is incredible and the AI assisted identification of them is amazing. The only complaint would be the plastic seed tray that squirrels completely destroy. I ordered a metal one for about $30, which should automatically be included in the original purchase. Otherwise a great product.

Great quality

I’ve had my bird view for about five years and it’s worked very well. My perch just got too much sun in Florida and finally broke off, but it lasted a very long time. Love watching the birds and listening to them also
