Hello, after looking for a Kia Sorento locally to me with no joy I started to look further afield and after spotting one at Birchwood Motors Cardiff which grabbed my attention I spoke to Alex and arranged I would get train down to view it potentially to buy it . Alex collected me from station back to the car , thankfully it was as described and I was really pleased. Very friendly staff, not pushy about the sale and offer a genuine standard of service you'd look for. The cars there seem well looked after, good history, always clean, and good finance options available.

Accurately marketed car, very attentive staff - Alex was excellent - sorted me the finance deal I needed in the short time frame and was kept abreast of progress at each stage by Alex. Picked up from the train station in my new car, checked it over (very much as described on the advert) took it for a test drive, tax sorted quickly by the team, papers signed and I was on my way as a happy customer. Highly recommend.

I saw a very well presented Audi TT TFSI 2L Sport on AutoTrader, I made an email inquiry and was called back within a few hours. It was over a hundred miles away, so I requested a virtual tour of the car over WhatsApp, which Alex did straight away. I then put a deposit down and made arrangements to go and pick up the car out of hours. I was very grateful that they stayed open for me on a week night. The transaction was smooth and efficient. A few days later I discovered an issue with the center brake light, Alex offered the money for a replacement and fitting, and transferred it so that I wasn't out of pocket.

Saw the on auto trader phoned and ordered without viewing as I live in Liverpool but Morgan sent me a WhatsApp walking around that was just as good once delivery day was arranged alls I had to do was wait...from phone call to delivery 6 days now thats what I call service thanks to every at Birchwood.

Great customer service with honest advice. Great vehicle!

Can’t thank the boys at Birchwood enough for my experience at the dealership. Being left to wander around the cars before being approached my Oscar instantly put me at ease, something that didn’t happen at previously visited dealerships. His knowledge of cars helped guide me to make informed decisions, within my budget, and purchase my new car for my young family, which can often be daunting.

The time, both Morgan and Oscar, took to talk me through the process, help understand policies and even show me how to set up the Bluetooth helped to make something that I’ve usually found stressful, actually enjoyable. Thank you again both!

Unfortunately after purchasing my Meriva there were some engine issues whilst under warranty. Staff at Birchwood were as disappointed as me and did their best to resolve this. Unfortunately they were unable to do so. Within 24hrs I received a full refund including the cost of any extras that left me out of pocket. Staff were very apologetic and so helpful i would highly recommend them. Issue was resolved promptly and professionally.

Happened by chance to call in his dealership after seeing a car my wife had liked online ,a great experience from start to finish, Morgan was a pleasure to deal with ,none of that pushy salesman stuff ,I feel that his business will go from strength to strength and would certainly recommend him without hesitation
