Missing/delayed order and difficulty in contacting the vendor and the courier
Update 7 Oct 2026: the order was delivered today (though the courier marked it as delivered a month ago, could produce no proof of delivery, and the parcel only appeared in my PO Box today, which is very odd). I'm updating this review to reflect the resolution, and that the vendor reached out to me after the original 1-star review and offered the refund.
Original review:
My order was never delivered (despite being marked as 'delivered' by the courier, the latter could not produce proof of delivery on request and didn't acknowledge my follow up emails).
Biovea itself proved extremely difficult to contact as all of their listed emails bounced back, and my attempt to reach out via facebook messenger produced no real results. My request for refund was acknowledged by their AI chatbot but not actioned. Customer service for this company appears to be non-existent.
Very disappointing.
