Stay far away from this clinic

One star only because TrustPilot doesn’t allow zero.

Stay as far away from this clinic as you can.

Our story began in January 2024, when—out of options—we contacted this clinic for their surrogacy program. The representative was friendly at first, answered all our questions, and asked us to pay a $2,000 downpayment for a program with a 6-month waiting period. She also sent us contracts to fill out and sign, which we did.

And then things took a strange turn.

After we sent the contracts, she began replying with huge delays—sometimes weeks—with vague excuses like being “too busy.” In July, we received a cryptic message that she had our medication and was in our country. We were told to send someone to pick it up, which we did. Then—radio silence. No treatment, no answers.

In August, she sent a phone number and told me to contact them about the medication. It turned out to be another patient from our country who ended up mailing it to us via courier. Since then: complete silence.

We’ve tried reaching her repeatedly for over a year—calls, messages, polite nudges. Nothing. It’s now been 18 months since payment, and we’re still in the dark. No signed contract returned from their side. No transparency. No support.

We were ignored, mistreated, and misled.

To the clinic’s management:
• Never rely on a single point of contact for something this delicate.
• Follow up with clients who have paid you.
• Train your staff to understand the emotional state of the people they’re dealing with—those turning to surrogacy have already fought long, painful battles with infertility.

Conclusion:
We’ve lost our chance to have a genetic child. We were treated with indifference and neglect. We wouldn’t recommend this clinic (it still exists) even to our worst enemies.

Signed,
A heartbroken, deeply disappointed couple

Great attitude, high quality service

The clinic has done a wonderful job since the beginning taking into account the war situation. We will recommend BioTexCom for sure...our journey together is ending now (except if we decide to launch the 3rd one 😉). The only thing is that the journey to Kyiv is very long and hard. But it was worth it!

Don't use this clinic

Don't use this clinic. They don't communicate. Took weeks to get any updates. After our baby was born and we had paid in full they stopped communicating with us. They didn't fulfill the contract regarding Surrogate consents, they really didn't care about our Surrogate and we ended up paying another company to do the final paperwork for us. Horrendous experience.

Priceless Gift

It’s over a year now and my beautiful baby boy is 15 months now. His healthy and very happy boy. We love him so much! I can’t recommend enough as we would never have had our baby boy if it wasn’t for them. We chose the VIP package. It took 2 years all up. 5 attempts. Looking back my husband and I wished we weren’t so anxious about it all and just trusted the process. They really did have everything sorted out. Sent us regular ultrasound before our boy was born. They had every paper work we needed to help us get our boy back home safely to the USA. I would 100% recommend them if you are looking for an option cheaper then USA. I also still talk to my surrogate through Viber. So any bad press they may be getting and saying they keep the surrogate away from the intended parents is not true. They have alway given us the choice to speak to our surrogate. The bad press they get is most likely a smear campaign from their competitors. I have already recommended them to a close friends who’s been frustrated on the process and cost of surrogacy In the USA.

Positive

A few years ago I found out about my infertility and did not know what to do. My friend advised me of one of the clinics in the UK for IVF. I got a negative result. I liked neither the place nor the doctors. After that, I went to Georgia and Ukraine in order to check several clinics there. After a hard search, I chose Biotex. I hope that I am not mistaken. At the moment, I do not see any particular problems, only a positive attitude and attention.

I liked Biotexcom

I am confused with all the bad reviews I've read here. We became clients of Biotexcom a year ago and thanks to the clinic we've become parents. There were no problems with the medical part of it. Everything we needed was inclused (transport, accomodation, housekeeper's services, translation of all the needed documents from Ukrainian into English and so on). Our child has born healthy, with normal weight and height. Likely or not we did not need a surrogate, but while being in clinic we saw other clients talking freely with their surrogate mothers...
I don't know why people who weren't satisfied continued their procedures. To keep complaining? Idk, we keep in touch with some couples we met there and they have no problems. Waiting for other reviews to compare what is true and what is not. Anyway, I personally liked Biotexcom.

It's true

Oh, yeah! I'm so glad I knew the BioTexCom reviews in time. A colleague of mine went there and wanted a child, but in the end she just lost her money. We initially chose a clinic in Ukraine, because surrogacy is legal and not prohibited. Based on personal experience, I advise everyone to study the feedback, look at the situation and it is desirable to communicate with clients who have already used the services of the clinic. As a result, we applied to another surrogacy center (Feskov Human Reproduction Group) Our child is now 8 months old! And there was no problem with all the documents, excellent cost, everything was very good from the beginning to the end. It is scary to think what would have happened if we had applied to BioTexCom.

STAY AWAY FROM BIOTEXCOM!!! Illegitimate practices and fraud!!

We tried Biotexcom it was a total disaster! They lost track of one of our cryoshipped embryos which stayed unclaimed without monitoring for an unknown amount of time. We were not allowed to see or communicate with the surrogate at all. This clinic blindly chose someone from what I experienced. The second cryoshipped emby was "supposedly" received and within 10 days a transfer was done, obviously with a HUGE fail. The medical calendar/protocol and medications take at least 21 days after monitoring menses cycle for 2 months and 14 days to secure pre transfer blood and urine analysis. We lost both of our beautiful PGS/PGD tested embryos with this clinic. Very shady, highly unethical, will take your money and they will send to an overseas bank. STAY AWAY FROM BIOTEXCOM please!!! Way more stuff happened too! They may seem cheaper as they have a 1 million dollar marketing budget but only 12% of all foreign couples will ever see a live and HEALTHY baby delivered with Biotexcom!!!!!
