Bad support after the purchase
I’m an old client.
I don’t spend thousands of euros, but I’m a normal client who pays and wants things to go smoothly.
Well, the last order was a disaster in terms of delivery.
It was late, and even though I was at home, the parcel was left at a collection point 3 km away.
I opened a ticket to request more information, but nobody answered me.
I will collect the parcel, but this is the last time I’ll buy products from BioTech USA because a good company supports its clients even after the purchase.
