Written by the company

BioSynCare is a sensory stimulation and digital well-being platform designed to help people regulate their state, relax, focus, sleep better, restore energy, and support cognitive performance. BioSynCare combines rhythmic sound, brainwave entrainment, guided breathing, audiovisual stimulation, and carefully designed sensory experiences in personalized sessions that can be used from a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Sessions include techniques such as binaural beats, isochronic stimulation, rhythmic auditory patterns, breathing guidance, and optional natural soundscapes. Users can choose experiences designed for different moments and goals: from stress, anxiety, tension, and difficulty winding down to focus, creativity, meditation, deep relaxation, sleep support, and mental clarity. Behind the application, the broader BioSynCare ecosystem connects scientific research, software development, open knowledge, and standards for sensory stimulation and non-invasive neuromodulation. It includes BioSynCare Lab, research and open-source initiatives, the SSTIM sensory stimulation ontology and knowledge infrastructure, and participation in the development of shared terminology and standards for the field. BioSynCare is developed with an evidence-aware approach: scientific findings guide its design while the strength and limitations of current research are explicitly considered. The platform is continuously refined through research, technical development, user feedback, and collaboration with researchers and institutions. Learn more and access BioSynCare at BioSynCare.com.

A real breakthrough in sound stimulation

The most advanced neuromodulation app I have seen so far. It allows for so many different uses. Not just pretty sounds and fancy interfaces, but a whole knowledge base available for anyone to understand how sensory stimulation works, and how everyone can benefit from it.
