Great products but...

I love their products and normally purchase from Sephora. This time I wanted to try purchasing directly. I was charged shipping even with my purchase over the fee amount. I received our to customer service before finalizing my purchase. Was told to complete it the order and if there was still a shipping fee, she would refunded me. Nope that was not the case. So I chatted again with customer service and was told the order needed to be completed before they can do anything. I feel like I'm already getting the run around. Hope not because I really like the facial cream

Could not get the first purchase discount

According to the add, if I signed up with my email, I would receive $20 discount for my first item. However, the discount code wasn’t send to my email until much after I purchased my first item. I asked a representative to help me applying the discount code but he couldn’t. So i feel that it was false advertising.

Updated review: I really appreciate the fact the Customer Service team has taken my review seriously.
