Can be life changing
Wish I would’ve known about this years ago. Pretty inexpensive comparatively. Get the stool test upload it to microbiome prescription.com, learn to use the site then follow the reccomendations or better yet find a practitioner. It’s been about a month of the protocol and have been noticing huge improvements in my digestion by using what the site says. Pretty awesome use of AI for the public if you ask me. I’m very impressed with improvements in sleep quality digestion and mood and I’m just getting started. Truly fascinating and cutting edge stuff!!

just to let you know the PDF option is now available on android without needing to right click. You can now just select the overview or HTML and when it's ready the save to PDF window would open automatically.

thanks so much for the review.
Our recommendations are based on certain ingredients being plentiful in the foods that we recommend. Milk is included as it contains lactose. Lactose feeds bifidobacteria. If you click on a food you will see why the recommendation is made. We cannot determine from the test what your current diet is and the recommendations are not about trying to suggest foods that you are not already consuming, but rather to help see how your food impacts your microbiome.
I never received my results.

Great Results
Living in Australia, the entire process from ordering to receiving results was effortless and took less than four weeks. The level of detail in the results, including recommendations is very informative and the dashboard is easy to navigate. I also appreciated the updates regarding shipping, receipt and results of my sample, including reminders to register my kit. I will work with my Naturopath to further understand and put into use the information received. Thank you!
