Subscription issues
I totally forgot I had a subscription and reordered. Not only reordered but accidentally ordered twice, resulting in two more subscriptions. I sent a request to cancel subscriptions and got a quick reply. After they found the problem they fixed it without a hassle. I have never had an issue with Bioma and their customer service. The answer all questions.

Customer service is terrible!! All online, got 3different answers on simple questions. Such as how many to take,how many pills in each bottle?? Don’t waste your money!!! There are many other products that will work.

Buyer Beware - Bad Side Effects and Scammed into a subscritpion
Experienced head aches after starting the supplement. Thought that the purchase was a one time 3 month supply, then I was charged again for another 3 months last week. They claim that there was a subscription attached to the first purchase but I didn't notice anything about a subscription when I made the purchase and I never would made the original purchase if I had. When the second shipment arrived the box was poorly packaged and two of the glass bottles were broken and totally shattered leaving tiny bits of glass and loose pills inside the box.
