I really liked that there was a process.
I really liked that there was a process to go through to get the product I wanted. I also like that the labels were able to be seen. However, too many add on ads to get the final page.

Buyer beware. Bioma has terrible customer service
I’m very disappointed with Bioma. I bought the utinary tract product. Did not see much of a change. One day I get a message that I had signed up for automatic refills. They did not email prior to the shipment, just said it was shipped and was billed. I sent three emails trying to return it with the last one being ignored. They have the absolute worst customer service. I do not recommend using them. They would not let me return my unopened box and refund my money. I just got a serious medical diagnosis and was advised not to take it by my Dr. I did relay this to Bioma. I would not recommend this product or this company. Other companies have much better customer service. Bioma is only out for the money and I highly doubt their products are anything but snake oil. Buyer beware!

A great product backed by honest hard working professionals.
Honestly is still the best policy, they are also respectful kind and responsive to the request made .i will definitely pursue doing business with them. They did what they claimed they would do and they cancelled my subscription for glp1 after 2nd shipment. What more can you ask for in times or uncertainty and disappointment. I will definitely do business with them from now on.

DO NOT BUY!
DO NOT BUY!! They will try to sign you up for recurring charges & then continue charging you even after telling you they've canceled you (I had email confirmations). Incredibly difficult to actually get them to accept a return or stop a subscription (that you will have no idea you signed up for). Took me months to get them to send me a return label to return product that never should have been sent & they wouldn't take back the majority of the items.
