I have tried Bio & Me Nutty and Seedy granola and their Apple & Cinammon porridge. Would definitely recommend both for a tasty, healthy and filling breakfast. The granola was jam packed with nuts and seeds.

The website is well laid out. Finding what you want is simple.

The lrder was quickly deluvered and the product itself was as expected - a high quality, tasty granola.

Great granola, I use them in my overnight oats and they are delicious. Also great knowing they are gut friendly and high fibre. Definitely a must have in our house

My first time trying a Bio&Me product - the Apple & Cinnamon Porridge - and I’ll definitely be looking to try more! So simple to make - just add boiling water and let stand for 3 minutes. Perfect if you’re in a rush or if you’re having breakfast in the office/away from home. And knowing that it’s packed with 11 plant-based foods, it feels like a healthy start to the day. I have quite a sweet tooth, so I’d probably have liked it to be a little sweeter, (but that’s easily remedied with a sprinkle of Demerara!)

The first one I tried was blueberry It was delish im now onto the apple & cinnamon which is really good its lovely mix some of the mix is quite hard it does take a while to chew looking forward to trying the others .

I love the Bio & Me granola so much that I have several boxes stocked in my cupboard. It’s gotten my 3yo into granola with healthy ingredients, which is just amazing!

Can’t wait to try more.

The gluten free overnight oats is a great way to start the day. Putting fruit and adding more yogurt just bulks it out. Giving a substantial meal

I tried the bio&me kefir chocolate protein drink. Its doesn't have any of the normal chalky chocolate taste you get in protein drinks and was full of good stuff for your gut. Tastes really good.

Loved the Pistachio and chia overnight oats, but couldn’t find them again in my local stores - so I bought them online. I use plain yogurt instead of kefir for mine. It gives the yogurt a thicker more luxurious texture. Easy to buy online and quick delivery!

Bio&me yoghurt specifically the vanilla flavour is perfect specially when paired with my protein powder. It makes a delicious, healthy snack!

I recently tried the Bio&Me Pecan & Almond Granola and was genuinely impressed. The texture is really crunchy, the flavour tastes natural and balanced, and it has just the right amount of sweetness without being overpowering. A lot of granolas can feel too sugary, but this one still tastes healthy and fresh while being really enjoyable to eat.

I also like that it’s high in fibre and made with good quality ingredients, which makes it feel like a better breakfast choice compared to many other options. It’s filling, satisfying and keeps you going for longer without feeling too heavy. The pecan and almond combination works really well and gives it a rich flavour and nice texture.

Overall, it feels like a product that’s made with both taste and nutrition in mind. I’d definitely buy it again and would happily try more products from Bio&Me.

I am trying to eat more healthily and concentrating on improving my gut health and building a good microbiome. Bio & Me are one of the few companies that seem to sell products that will do this for me. I've tried a couple of granolas and porridges so far and they do indeed feel far superior to the sugar, seed oil and emulsifier filled stuff that's widely sold. If they keep producing these type of products I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Love their cereal products as they are all no added sugar and a great range of grains and oats, and decided to buy in bulk. Fast delivery, great service from their website.
