Avoid! I ordered my bins weeks ago and I was told that the order was on the way. I have sent several emails to see what is happening with the order and haven't got single reply. Absolute scammers!!!!
I was sent a dispatch email that told me I could track my order but provided no link. I’ve sent several emails with no reply and it’s been over a week with no reply or delivery. Wishing I’d checked the reviews first. Our rubbish is now piling up in the heat and it’s really horrible.
It’s now been 10 days since my order was apparently dispatched. No idea who with: no replies to my emails. Clearly a scam. Will be complaining to my credit card company.
Update: 3 weeks since dispatch. I’ve had one reply finally giving my correct tracking details. It arrived at the delivery company 3 weeks ago and hasn’t moved since so it’s obviously lost. Binsdirect have said they’ve launched an investigation but haven’t provided a replacement or replied to any other emails. Really poor service. Would’ve preferred to go elsewhere and pay more.
Update again: they send they would send me another one. It’s another week since they said this. Not replying to any emails again. No bin. No tracking information for the 2nd one. Another hot

We received our order of bins last week - one of which was damaged. The driver also told us that he had put wheels on 2 of the bins and not the 3rd one as he had been 'told not to' by the Company.
We now realise why - the 3rd bin - the lid did not close and the axel for the wheels was so large that it stuck out on either side (clearly the axel was for the larger bins).
I have now tried to contact bins direct 3 times and receive a generic email saying someone will be in touch within 24/48 hours. As you can probably tell, no response to date.
I'm simply asking for a replacement if possible. But hard to ask for a replacement when you do not get any kind of response.
Maybe if I got some kind of a response to help resolve this, the rating would be far better - but it seems that customer satisfaction does not appear to be a priority.
Hopefully, someone will read this from bins direct and respond - all I want is a replacement bin!
UPDATE:
It has now been over 1 month, I have been contacted via email and on trust pilot to help resolve this...but STILL no update! I thought I was getting somewhere when I was contacted last week. The response times take so long and no one updates you. I was told they would resolve this but no further information so far as to when.
I’m at a loss for what else to do now.
It pains me to write negative reviews about any business, but I don't feel I've been left much choice. I ordered a bin on the 1st April and it's now the 28th April with nothing arrived. I've had some communication early yesterday saying stating apparently my order arrived but after replying saying nothing arrived and requesting an update, I've had no reply. I've emailed 3 times today and no reply. This is becoming extremely frustrating and I don't know what else to do now apart from complaining and writing a review to stay, beware! I hope someone from Binsdirect sees this review and finally responds to my emails!
I echo other positive comments about this company. Excellent product and… under the current circumstances…. top class service!

I Ordered 2 items and paid on 25th March. They have not arrived I have emailed and voice mailed over about 15 times!!! .
Last and only one reply i got 2 weeks ago as my order will be delivered in 3-5 working days now as said its 2 weeks past and zero response to email, calls!!!
The automated email reply states it could be 5 days before they could respond!
I am disgusted with their customer care or lack of it!
I just want this order to be delivered!

The second bin we recieved today came again dirty so not new it seems, this time however it had no lid at all, so we now have two incomplete recycling bins both of which dont seem new or are as described and paid for.
*Update*
They have randomly sent a third box out to us, finally in fully (working) order.
