We use Binotel telephony to communicate with customers in 34 countries around the world.

Due to my own stupidity, I learned too late about the capabilities of the CRM system, which was and is right there at my fingertips in one office. I should have integrated it as early as possible and started working with this wonderful tool as well.
As for the CRM system, I want to emphasise that the complete transition of our records and data, training in its use, team training, creation of funnels, configuration of funnels and all the data necessary for work was carried out as fully and accessibly as possible together with the entire team of Binotel specialists.
Moreover, from an operational cost perspective, all these processes are more than acceptable financially for the professionalism, assistance, and support provided by the entire team working with us.
I would also like to note for myself and everyone else that the level of communication and assistance we received is exemplary from a customer service perspective, which every business should strive for. It was a pleasure to see and experience for myself what customer service should be like, and I learned a lot from this experience that I can apply and improve upon in my own work.
