Please dont ignore this so you dont waste your money. This website has a $10 minimum deposit option when depositing through etherium. I ended up winning $300 and they are saying the minimum deposit is $30 and since I only deposited $10 it voided my entire withdrawl. I deposited $30 multiple times before the $10 deposit as I just wanted to try a small amount first time using crypto. It's not like I only have one $10 deposit. I tried reaching out to them multiple times but all they did was block and delete my account. I have the screen shots to prove everything. Don't trust Laurie or any of their sister websites as they will try to screw you out of your winnings any chance they get.

I don’t like to cause trouble, but they have the worst resource and processors. I’ve been waiting for four days now because they took a deposit out twice in one day and I didn’t get anything so we need to practice on that and trust the people that are talking to otherwise it’s a pretty good site

UPDATE; casino is now threatening me claiming multiple accounts which is not true and not allowed according to their T’s & C’s. BB would have shut down any duplicate account. This has nothing to do with their Predatory 30 day deposit rule.

I have been a loyal depositing member of BingoBilly since April of 2025. I started to win in December of 2025.

-> At First, BingoBilly (BB) would send out a check within 5 days of the Withdrawal Request.

-> In August of 2025 - I won quite a bit in a Slots Tourney in which I was ahead of the house 8,000 dollars. This is when the issues started. BB has a policy that in order to remain active, you must deposit 30$ EVERY 30 days, OR they VOID your winnings. EVEN IF YOU ARE AHEAD OF THE HOUSE.

-> BB buries this policy and does not state anywhere the process of keeping your account active when you are ahead of the house. THIS is what you have to do.
1. Contact the 'LIVE Support and hope someone answers. 2 of 3 times, I get "No one is Available - Please leave your message" I DO, AND NOW,, BB is telling they never got them from KAYAK.
2. THEN, IF you get ahold of someone, they literally have to remove your winnings, you make your deposit and they put the winnings back. (BIZARRE, yes, I know)
3. Luckily, I figured this out in AUGUST and I have been trying to comply with the process ever since.
4. This was fine until my payout Requests starting in SEPTEMBER of 2025 started to be "DELAYED", sometimes up to 3 weeks. GUESS WHAT, this puts me PAST my 30 day active deposit window.
5. This continued and started to get worse, where in NOVEMBER they started having 2 weeks delays again. I literally, cancelled my payout in OCT, NOV & DEC to try to comply, making sure I did my 30$ deposit each month.
6. Finally in JAN, I decided to just wait until I get the check. I requested the Check on 1/26 and received it March 3rd. AS OF THIS DATE, I was still 2000 ahead of the house. I immediately started calling the 1-800#, I contacted the help desk immediately and 'Phil" told me it was an account issue and to keep calling the 1-800#. NO one has picked up on KAYAK for me since the beginning of MARCH. THE 1-800 number picks up, puts me on hold for 10 minutes and then hangs up. I FINALLY got ahold of Phil on Facebook and he again said it was an account issue, I said, "what can I do" and that is when he told me to contact the cashier dept. This is the FIRST time I have been given that help.
7. So, I recieved an email back from the Cashier Dept (Joe) saying that they have VOIDED my winnings, because I did not contact them for assistance.

I truly don't know what else I could have done. Therefore, I am respectly asking that BingoBilly honor my winings and just cash out my account once an for all and close the account.

It is unbelievable. you really win. in the beginning I lost the first two bingo's However within the first hour I won $100.
