Late delivery.

Too bad I ordered before I read reviews. Guess I got too excited that even when their prices are sky high I just bought it. I'm waiting past their delivery time. No refund or cancellation options. It's just terrible as I am mostly an online shopper.

Update: Contrary to the other reviews about their customer service, they are quick to respond to my emails. The only downside of this transaction is that the items were very delayed. Mine took 2 weeks later than the said arrival time. So, if you really want something from this site give it 2 more weeks than their said delivery date.

Do not deal with them

Do not deal with them. You never know when they will deliver your order, they give you estimated date but add at least two weeks on them. No tracking information, no updates... nothing. Just stay away. desertcart.com much better.
