I ordered a bike from them through wowcher at no point did they say it was self-assembly I asked for a refund which was a battle
eventually, they agreed to a refund if I paid for collection which I did(Stupid move) now they say there is no record of it being collected so I am now onto Hermes so £40 for collection £180- for a useless bike

Where to start?!

Bought a treadmill from Wowcher via this merchant, when it arrived it was visibly different to the images online and looked fragile and cheap. Once constructed the running belt was slacking and sticking with every cycle and the framework would shake like crazy once you went above walking pace - it was unsafe for use. I contacted wowcher who told me to contact the merchant. The merchant was pathetic. Replies were sometimes 10 days apart, unhelpful and just laughable at times. They resulted to ignoring me AND wowcher who were in copy of the emails. When they finally replied again they told me that a courier was booked to collect this item and I would be refunded. Finally I thought! Nope! Chasing every single day on email this mystery collection NEVER happened. 5 weeks passed and I decided to contact my bank who then reviewed the case under the "Goods not matching description / faulty" group and refunded me the amount. My bank will now seek to gain reimbursement of costs from the merchant - good luck! AVOID THIS COMPANY - I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!

Foul company. I bought an exercise bike, it arrived broken, after over two months of being ignored, I will now be settling this issue through the small claims court. I have wasted so much time now, that I may as well report the company to as many standards and rights organisations as I can. I have checked with companies hous and will do all I can to track down and hold these scammers accountable. Its a matter of principal now. I urge anyone else affected to do the same. There is no place in this world for scammers anymore..

DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.. I bought an exercise bike through Wowcher, it arrived broken and cracked.. I couldn’t even but it together. When I went to Bing Bang Bosh and asked them to come and collect it and to please refund my money I was told that they couldn’t give me any refund until I’d paid a £40 courier charge to get it back to them. When I pointed out that under the consumer rights act 2015 they are in fact breaking the law by not collecting at their expense they didn’t care.. I would have had to take them to the small claims court but I contacted Wowcher and they refunded my money instantly.. I can’t fault Wowcher, I have bought from them before with no problems and will do so again but before I do I will check out the company before I buy.
BING BANG BOSH you should be ashamed of yourselves and I hope good people get their money back from you before you go bankrupt which ultimately is what is going to happen because you supply broken, dangerous equipment and care nothing about your customers.

After having a faulty X1 exercise bike delivered, I the waited another 6 MONTHS for a replacement to arrive, after several long email exchanges. The replacement bike then arrived and one of the pedals snapped off within one week of use, which could have broken my ankle as i was clipped in to the pedal. The customer service then responded to say they could not give me a refund for this, instead implying that I should fix the problem. Ridiculous customer service and appalling product.

I brought a exercise bike over Christmas, it arrived 2 months later, damaged and I have been requesting a refund ever since.

I even spoke to someone today and they said “As I have discussed this matter with you in detail, I can no longer assist you with this matter. Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the outcome today. I will be ending the chat now.”.

They did not help me and haven’t now for 6 months, despite over 30 email exchanges. I have a useless bike I cannot use and £200 short… DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

This is a very bad company do not I repeat do not buy anything from them very poor quality bike came damage took me 3 months to get it picked up and to get my refund and they charged me £40 to have it picked up appalling customer service very rude and hard to deal with the worst experience I have ever had with buying on line stay well clear of this shop

Bought their Spin Bike via Wowcher, and as soon as it arrived we experienced so many issues with it that we have been trying to return this bike for nearly 1.5 months. Eventually hearing back after emailing daily, they said I had to pay £40 collection fee and to send a screenshot as soon as this was paid...After sending proof of payment (on the same day) we heard nothing for nearly three weeks! We were then told we only had 24 hours to send across images of the bike (which was already packed and ready) inside and out images, and to fill out a form then being threatened with a midday timeframe, baring in mind I have already paid for the collection.

I have been very close to reporting them to trading standards and also writing to Wowcher about their poor service in the hopes that Wowcher will stop advertising their products. Looking at the reviews on here I can see a majority have experienced something similar.

TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE! Ordered the foldable bike from Wowcher who say it’s from Istarz but it’s bingbangbosh. The bike came with the worst instructions in the world and after finally putting it together it was a pathetic excuse of a bike. After putting air in the tyres and riding the bike for 5 minutes the tyres would lose more than 50% of the air. The chain kept coming off the bike when I would change gear. The breaks stopped working!!!!! All of this happened after riding the bike only 10 minutes. Very very dangerous and the bike is nothing like the description. I would call it a death trap not a bike! Go anywhere else for a bike avoid this stupid joke of a company.

I bought the folding mountain bike, off Wowcher, and that was my first mistake.
Things wrong with the bike.
1/ One of the nuts to hold the front wheel on, is missing.
2/ One of the assembly tools, is missing.
3/ The pedals won't screw in.
4/ The instructions, are at VERY best, terrible.
AVOID BUYING THIS PILE OF WASTE!

I seem to have been luckier here than others. Mine turned up just over a week after ordering it from wowcher. Before I opened the packaging I started to read some of the reviews here and had a terrible feeling of dread but after spending two and a half hours putting it together I was surprised to find it works.

There were some problems though. A plastic bracket that the handlebars sit in had cracked in transit so I had to repair it with duck tape. Some of the nuts and bolts that came with it were too big or incomplete so I had to raid my tool box to find ones that did and make sure you have access to decent spanners as the ones they supplied weren't great. There was also no spanner to tie up the pedals but fortunately I found one of my own.

The design build is okayish but I don't recommend for tall people as when you extend the handlebar setting they don't feel very secure. I also suggest you buy a rubber mat and cut it in half to rest the bike on as it may scuff your floor.

It's not terrible and it seems to do the job but I was annoyed about the missing and incorrect sized nuts and bolts. However compared to the JML Power Crunch exercise machine I had bought the week before from Amazon which fitted together beautifully (and in half the time) and feels well designed, I did find this a bit inferior by comparison.

I recently purchased a spin bike from Bing Bang Bosh Ltd through Wowcher (however Wowcher called them Istarz which is very decieving). Although the bike arrived in good time, when we set it up it was of exceptionally poor quality and in fact was dangerous and unusable. The bike pedels didnt work and the wheel didnt turn, there were parts missing, it was bent and dented and the fittings were the wrong size. We promptly contacted Bing Bang Bosh who requested photos etc. We sent these and they offered £40 compensation (a small fraction of the price paid). I explained that as the bike was not at all fit for purpose this wouldn't be acceptable and that we wanted a full refund and the bike returned. They tried to put us off this option by saying it was a lengthy process and that if we wanted to do this we must pay £40 to them to have the bike returned. Despite highlighting that as this was a faulty bike and therefore as per the 2015 Consumer rights act this was a cost that should be covered by them. Email after email (they refused to speak on the phone) they refused to accept this and continued to insist we must pay the £40 or drive 5 hours to drop it to them. Clearly unhappy I looked into this company further. I was horrified to see so many people on here have experienced almost identical issues. I wouldnt have seen these before as Wowcher were calling the company I starz. Wowcher were also contacted (again not able to speak directly) and they said they woulnt help as the bike came from Bing bang Bosh. They are still selling these bikes. I have raised a disput on Paypal and will await a response. I have also contacted Rip off Briatin and the JVS show on BBC radio. The JVS show have been in contact and I will be speaking more with them about this in hope I can get my money back!

Bought x2hurricane spin bike off wowcher for £165 plus £20 postage, received a bike that is nothing like advertised, peddle fell off after 5 minutes of use and doesn’t fit back in, can clearly see thread sizes are different from the peddle compared to what it’s meant to fit into, the handle bars are completely slack even though the screw is at the tightest, seat comes off constantly, half the washers and screws were missing on arrival, didn’t receive any shipping information and got an email 3 days after it was delivered saying it’s arrived.
Contacted the merchant twice each time had to wait 3 days for a reply and the best I got after demanding a refund was we”ll knock some money off if you keep it and then offered a replacement of the same s**t bike.
Wowcher are hopeless and say refund and return isn’t anything to do with them. Reading several posts on social media everyone has the same problem with peddle, also avoids xstream gym as they sell the same s**t and people have the same problem pretty sure it’s the same company bingbangbosh is using.
AVOID BOTH WOWCHER AND BINGBANGBOSH.

Bought the same bike and so disappointed. The worse thing they say that the bike original price was £1500. What a Bull....t. The bike is so cheap you could buy it for a lot cheaper at Halford. I don't know how they think they will survive in the retail business buy lying to the customers. I would never ever buy anymore from Woucher or Bing bang whatever.

I purchased a spin bike from Bing Bang Bosh through Wowcher and when the bike arrived it was of extremely poor quality. When I tried to use the bike the pedal fell off within the first 10 minutes. My husband re-attached the pedal, only for this to immediately fall off again. Despite the issue being reported on the day of arrival, I am now 2 weeks down the line and no refund has been issued. Trust Pilot can you please help me to obtain my own money back please, as this is in breech of my statutory rights. Many thanks Monica

I have have had several calls with Action Fraud. Citizens Advice and Paypal. I do not know if you guys paid by PayPal but open a case as this company and Wowcher are seriously in violation of the 2015 Consumer services Act. Anyone need information then get in touch. del.mcnicholas is my name an Gmail is my home They are asking for a 40 quid payment to pick up and then they will refund. THIS IS A SCAM! Still waiting to hear from Bingbangbosh but I can confirm that what they put on Wowcher is NOT what you get. I received a badly bashed box containing a spin bike that looked nothing like the one on Wowcher AND it didn’t have the heart monitor. The freebie drink bottle was bashed and cheap and not worth having. I’m waiting to hear from them as one of the pedals doesn’t fit. No matter what the response I will be returning the bike and going to a proper shop for a new one.

Purchased a tradmill for £299, when it came it looked nothing like the picture and it was cheap and nasty, everytime i put my left leg down it stops and feels very unsafe i dearnt use it. after sending numerous emails (over 100) all i get back is we cant do anything about it, i have been trying to get this collected and get my money back since the 25th March and im still getting nowhere. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS

I brought a push bike, it was obviously from China (no offence peeps) very very poor quality, very badly designed - the front disc screws onto the front wheel, when you use the disc brake it simply undoes the disc. People stay away from anything from this company

Hindsight is a wonderful thing. if only i had read these reviews prior to buying what i thought was a bargain racer bike couple weeks ago from this company via wowcher. to the novice eye all appeared ok on receipt of product but needed fully assembling. took into halfords to have this done and 24hrs later had a call from them advising "we cannot guarantee your safety so we are not prepared to work on the bike". they have completed a written report of reasons and also highlighted the "fake" brands, painted over corrosion and much more. all details have been passed back to this company including wowcher and paypal wtg for resolvement. they had the audacity to offer me a replacement lol. wowcher need to act on this before someone does end up hurt
