They know about all of our recurring bills, and we forward all of the one-off expenses to our specified slack channel, and they take care of the rest. An occasional email, or slack message, takes care of the rest.

Most importantly they remained responsive throughout the process which gave us comfort that they were on top of things, especially as we required audit completion for some key business milestones.
