There is a negative review but Binance US will take below Zero review for their support and customer service. They suck.

I’m putting this review out to all past customers and future users of this company, that this website is a fraudulent one willing to steal your money. I was a victim too and I’m all out now to take them down. See my profile for details to get your case resolved too.

Trying to register an account and the experience is simply awful. System won't accept my address while having no problem registering on several other crypto exchanges. Then I log out and try and log back in and it's asking for 2-factor authentication but doesn't send any message to my phone. Waving the white flag, horrible website.

I had both 2FA with an authenticator turned on (such as Google Authenticator). My phone was with me but someone within Binance.US sold all $55000 of my cryto and transferred it out of my account.

0 stars. I have been unable to withdraw funds for nearly two months. I put in a ticket. After 6 weeks they finally responded with giving me 72 hours to remove my funds from the platform before they closed it. However, If I could remove my funds I would have. Now I can't even log into the account. All is get is computer generated email responses. DO NOT PUT $$$ ON THIS PLATFORM.

Terrible. Has taken two weeks to "Verify my Identity" in which they blamed on a software update. However, Issue is still not fixed. Still cannot trade in any manner. They have now become unresponsive to the issue. Almost in fear they just stole as much information of mine as possible. Will definitely be updating my identity theft protocols.

Do not use! I've requested to have the cell phone number updated for 2FA verification process. It's been over a month and the issue still hasn't been resolved. Unfortunately, without the updated number, I cannot access my account. Luckily, I didn't buy any crypto on this site.

My review echoes those of many many others below. They attach your account to your phone and if you lose your phone, you are out of luck. Contacting them is of no use. My funds have been locked in there for two weeks so far. Given not only my review but that of many others, perhaps it's time they get reviewed by the SEC? Even though crypto is not a security, since they want to be all over it, then the SEC TOO needs to do ITS job. The one we all pay for with our taxes!

ZERO STARS!! Customer support is God awful. I've had a ticket open with them for 3 weeks now and they have just gone dark. It will be a miracle if I can get my money off their horrible website.

Beware of binance.us, there is no customer support, no customer service you are basically on your own while your money is God knows where. They will leave your account "pending verification". No one there answers emails or any other type of communication.

I have deposited money in this stupid platform and have thousands in cryptos in my wallet. My money is just gone and no one is helping. I have created tickets and there is no update for weeks now. This is pure scam and we need to do something about it.

I have $9800 in crypto in my wallet and cannot move it out or cash out. My account is not letting me do either deposits or withdrawals. I have been trying to get ahold of customer support for a month. Today I can't even get a sms verification sent to my phone to login to the desktop. Super frustrated so much of my money has been highjacked.

Another wallet who let you put money in easy but likes to keep customers waiting for identity verification for months while they are using your money . I will not recommend Binance.US to anyone or Coinbase they are the same $hit

These criminals stole the $SGB airdrop from their customers. Binance tried to steal it too but changed their minds. Binance.us however promised to honor the snapshot to keep people from moving money off their exchange but now have decided not to honor it. They took millions of dollars from their customers. They are horrible. They do not have contests or alt coin selections or staking like Binance did. Kucoin, Kraken, and Crypto.com are far superior. Avoid these thieves like the plague #BoycottBinance

Clearly a company that runs with no regulation. Submitting documents did not work on the app. They kept asking me to email them new documents for KYC and say the address that I've lived at for 15 years is not valid. After reading other reviews I'm glad i wasn't able to get the account created.

It's a scam.Put on account 200$ ,tried to transfer it to another person but money were blocked. Tried to withdrawal same s...t.Money blocked. Tried to contact customer service.F.... chat machine creating tickets,no response.

It’s a scam don’t put your money in there platform you will loose it

22nd oct 2021 in binance.us the price of btc went down to $8000 from 62k. While binance global price was about 62k. Totally something messed up there
