I have written a review before. My situation has not been resolved. Someone stole money out of my account. They are extremely slow in refunding my money. I have a lawyer ready to sue.

I've wasted two weeks trying to set up…

I've wasted two weeks trying to set up an account with these crooks. They keep asking for more identifying documents and then rejecting each one for idiotic reasons, like a torn edge (no, I'm not kidding). Customer service is working against me instead of with me. They now have more than enough documentation to steal my identity, and I've gotten NOTHING in return. Apparently, they can make more money selling my personal info than by providing a legitimate exchange service. Scams like Binance always end in disaster for the scammers. They can go straight to hell, the sooner the better.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Everyone says and had really great experience with binance and so made an account with BINANCE US but so WRONG I WAS, IT'S TERRIBLE!! Couldn't complete my verification so was told to do it manually through chat....Did it on JULY 9TH and Nothing yet. I have reached to online support multiple times but they have a reason everytime....from system down to just I have elevated your verification and you will receive a mail soon. Today I again decided to contact them through online chat and I have been currently waiting for 54minutes and no representative has talked to me yet. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I GAVE UP LAST WEEK ON MY ACCOUNT AND MADE ONE WITH COINBASE AND MY VERIFICATION WAS DONE WITHIN MINUTES. BINANCE US NEEDS TO STEP UP.

Liquidation with NO chance to fix the problem

I started using Binance.US a couple of weeks ago. Everything seemed fine when I deposited $50 into my account. The problems started when I went to use the money to buy some bitcoin to send to a friend. I got 3/4 of the way through the process only to be sent a message (at that point) that I couldn’t send it because I hadn’t waited the “10 days” needed (no notification of said “10 day” rule at all up to that point). So I sold the bitcoin and tried to withdraw it back to my bank account, only to find that that “10 day” rule applied to that as well. And then on top of that, I got hit with a chargeback for not having enough money in my account (again no notification about that ahead of time), and now, because they’re claiming that I didn’t respond to the emails that were sent, they’re liquidating my account for the $50. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!

Investor beware!!!

Investor beware!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. This company is horrible! I wish I had done my due diligence instead of going on a suggestion. I recently deposited several thousand dollars and when I wanted to transfer bitcoin, my account was frozen. Their customer service is beyond horrible in that there is no customer service number to call. One can only email and they DO NOT answer right away. They leave you hanging at their mercy. I opened a ticket and kept emailing. I read that if you respond on Instagram to one of their customer support postings that they will respond to you. And include your ticket number in the posting. I did that that and said I only wanted to put my money back into my bank account. I told them I got the message I had a risk management issue and asked how can putting it back in my bank account be a risk management issue. They did respond by email but it took them a several days. Finally I received a call and it felt like it was a police officer interrogating me. I finally said I wanted my money back in my bank account. That stopped everything and I was told to go to my bank and do a recall for my money. I went the next morning and had that initiated with my bank. A couple of days later I got an email from binance saying the deposit was “reversed or returned unpaid by your financial institution.” I had also gotten a notice from Binance saying the restriction had been lifted and I can withdraw and deposit now. But when I tried to withdraw my remaining funds back to my bank - it still says “Withdrawals suspended due to risk management.” I wouldn’t trust this company with any of my money and will never recommend it to anyone. It has been a nightmare experience. I went through all of the verification process only to feel like my funds were being held hostage. I regret not doing my due diligence with this company. I have a small amount left and tried to withdraw to my bank and again got the risk management notice. I made wire transfers instead of ACH transfers. But the Binance beneficiary bank that received my funds is Signature Bank in New York. It says that this is the financial institution where the beneficiary maintains their account. I did call the my bank to ask if they could get my money back and was told no at first but when i went into the bank they asked if I had talked to wire transfer. After my experience, I won’t think of doing ACH. The little extra money for the wire transfer was worth it so I could get my money back. Good Luck!!

Stole my money. Took me 4 months to verify my account and they literally turned back my verification telling me it was never approved due to some bs from their verification company. I have never been so disrespected by a company in my life!

#boycottbinance

Trash company with trash customer service. Tons of insider trading and scamming going on here. Not to mention binance held and sold off the luna airdrop to buy back cheaper and dump on clients. Would not recommend, im currently in the process of removing my capital from their platform.

Binance.US Deactivated my account and wants me to withdraw my money in 72 hours but my account is disabled and they don’t let me withdraw they robbing me ?

Was using Binance.US were I linked ACH MY Chase bank checking account were I have made every deposits directly from my personal bank.This week I contact them over a withdraw I was d trying to send back to my bank and they denied it and when I contacted through entire time email they only mention it takes 3-5 business day. Soon after my account was disabled completely from me doing anything, I contact back on why is my account is disable, and they request me to to submit a video of my self holding my Id telling them my name and email address and and read back a disclaimer. And i summit that and then they responded back to me that they care closing my account and I got 72 hours to withdraw my money, and my account is still disable we’re I’m not able to do anything they keep ignoring my emails when I let them know my account is disabled I’m not able to withdraw please activate my account so I’m able to withdraw they send me same message about I got 72 hours to remove my assets my accounts close ? I need real help, this is over 50k I got deposited from my savings account into Binance.US what can I do?

Poor service, once deposited your money is gone

I started to use binance us. I was transferring cryptocurrency usdt. I made sure that I could receive the currency by looking up their supported assets and they supported both usdt and Tron which was the network my trade was happening over. To receive my currency I typed trc20 in order to get the exact proper address and without issue I was given one. Luckily I only transferred two small amounts which both showed up in the binance system only they wouldn't release it. Then I sent a support ticket to find out why. No response for 2-3 days. I send another support ticket to get an answer and they finally responded saying they don't support usdt over the Tron network but do support both assets just with different trading pairs. Which isn't clear to the user anywhere. Next they get to keep my money and will not send it back. I don't recommend anyone use binance. They have the worst customer service and they get to profit off of any unclear rules they decide.

Read the Fine Print

They are useful for certain cryptos.... But they hold your money longer than it should.
The .US system is much more limited than their other one and it's annoying.

I move money rather frequently between different accounts because I want to buy new crypto which is only offered to me thru Metamask or Trust.

Long story short, I deposited several thousand a month ago, and apparently I cannot transfer coins out of my account because I made a purchase.
If your money is being withdrawn and cleared, you should be able to do whatever you want.
Btw, they do give a warning about a 10 day clearing process.... Which is fine. But they extend it further to leverage your money.

Also, this week: May 13th, 2022 these exchanges have started announcing that they can use the public's money towards their bankruptcy! If you're going to hold long, always get a hard crypto wallet like Ledger.

Stay away from this platform

Stay away from this platform. I opened an account submitting all the required IDs and deposited not a big amount of money just to play around and get familiar with the functionality. Next day I was blocked without any explanation and now cannot take my money back for more than two weeks. Customer support is useless as they either copy-paste things like "thanks for being our customer" which sound like a joke or simply just don't answer. Hope they will just disappear with such attitude towards their potential customers.

Cheaters

Two days ago I transferred some funds from my safepal account and Binance accepted the deposit. on the same day I tried to send my funds because, due to a rare disease I suffer from, I have to buy medicines that are not on the market in Italy: I have not been able and still cannot withdraw my money which they are holding against mine will and are putting my life at risk.
I specify that I suffered a fraud on my credit card and both inbound and outbound operations were carried out from Binance: obviously I had already reported the incident to the Carabinieri on April 14, 2022. Yesterday, at the request of Binance's support, I spent many hours with the relevant authorities and a Lieutenant wrote to Binance and received no communication.
Today I contacted the support again which just puts me on hold without giving me any information!
If my account is at risk why are they accepting deposits and not letting me withdraw my money?
They are practically putting my life at risk!

Binance Lies to United States Clients

Despite Binance US saying it accepts US customers I have never received the basic email to just get the account started. No way to contact and this company sucks. Straight scam, and you stand to lose your investment when Binance allows another self induced hack to walk off with millions that are not secured with anything to protect you.
