B6 Strut no stock refund

Ordered a B6 Strut only to find out they were out of UK stock and would have to order in from Germany which wouldn't arrive until late January.

I emailed Dan explaining I needed it urgently and requested to cancel the order and get a refund.
Dan was only too happy to help and replied very quickly confirming the refund.

A big let down

After loads of phone calls settled on product and they sent me an invoice which I paid straight away five days later I’m wondering have they dispatched my order? I telephoned them and then they told me the rear shocks are not in stock and as it’s the beginning of December Bill Steen have closed for annual holidays in Germany. Which means I will not be getting my rear shocks until later January why take my order and spend £700? I’ve been thinking products were in stock after phone calls absolutely disgusting taking my money when they didn’t have the products. I don’t recommend this company. No wonder they don’t Advertise to put reviews up . What a waste of time all those phone calls do disgusting.

Placed my order on line mid July

Placed my order on line mid July, but after 2 weeks phoned them for an update...now not available until mid Sept!!!! They said they had emailed me of this fact. Guess what - they hadn't! Asked to cancel the order (wanted the shocks for an MOT), and asked for money back....let's see if this will happen and how long. Will post again with result. Lets see if they can redeem themselves.

I picked these guys by reading these.......

I picked these guys by reading these very reviews. Expecting a good experience with a fast delivery - I got the exact opposite!

Delivery took 2 weeks and I had to twice call and see where the order was at, both times being slightly fobbed off.
Eibach didn't pass my details to parcel force, they didn't inform me of any delivery date and parcel force attempted twice to deliver and posted no calling card. This resulted in eibach telling me to call and sort out to collect my order from the depot. What a mess around. 2 weeks late and I have to call around the couriers and then collect myself!

The b12 kit is amazing but I won't be recommending buying it through this outlet. Go elsewhere.
