Rushden Lakes Service was fine, albeit mid morning, but food overcooked, sausage was typical supermarket fodder. Why oh why do most cafés go for what I call sawdust sausages, I guess price, but I... See more

We ordered breakfast on Deliveroo!
We ordered breakfast on Deliveroo, very big portions. We had berry pancakes and it was really nice and fresh. It included golden syrup, mixed berries, cream and of course pancakes! Such amazing taste I will definitely order again, give it a try!
By far one of the better…
By far one of the better burgers..Really enjoyed it...Chargrilled and Not Greasy
👍🙏👍
Staff didn’t come over to take my order…
Staff didn’t come over to take my order at all. Until I spoke to one of the staff, and she was rude and didn’t want to talk to me. Overall this made the experience crap
Greeted by a smile
Greeted by a young man called Max. Very personable and welcoming. Our order taken by seb was efficent: offered extras and checked all our needs. Service with a smile from both lads. Managers all very attentive and personable. However food was overcooked lots of apologies though so all good.
Wow Bill’s my first time
Wow Bill’s my first time! The service was amazing the burger and smoothie delicious and oh my got that cheese cake dessert i have never had anything like it! Perfect location for late lunch with a friend!
Awful service - Heathrow Terminal 2
Horrendous experience for a party of 3 people! Waited for our food for 40 minutes and when it eventually arrived, one of the orders was completely missing and another dish was brought in its place. One of the drinks was also wrong and we had to wait a further 10 minutes for that to be corrected and we had to finish our meal in 5 minutes. There are time constraints for customers at an airport and the restaurant is clearly unable to meet these requirements at all. We were offered a 20% reduction of the bill however as we were so late, I paid promptly and had to rush to the gate to avoid missing boarding. Unfortunately it wasn’t until we boarded the plane I noticed that they had actually charged twice for one of the other meals and therefore the bill was actually more than it should have been even with the discount. I have now written to customer services as I would like a full refund for the stress this entire experience caused.
Bill's @ Terminal 2 London Heathrow
Bill's @ Terminal 2 London Heathrow is relatively new, it replaced The Perfectionist.
I travel quite a lot, usually with another 5-6 people. Restaurants in airports need to be time sensitive for obvious reasons.
Our experience of Bill's in Terminal 2 London Heathrow wasn't good at all. The food took about 25 minutes to arrive, they had forgotten one of the orders. In all fairness they did reduce the bill which was appreciated.
I hope they get their act together or they won't last very long.
Very kind staff
My daughter took her two children to Bills in Wimbledon for Sunday lunch. Her oldest son has complex special needs, two of the staff could see that she was getting into difficulties with him, they took her younger son and entertained him, leaving her free to attend her to eldest son. So very very kind, thank you.
Don't fall for the discount voucher
The reason for one star is the discount currently featured on Bill's website never materialised. After completing the data requirements to qualify for a 20% voucher I was advised this would be in my inbox within forty eight hours. Sadly one week later after sending a chase up email I have come to the conclusion this offer will never arrive.
I would assume this is a marketing ploy to catch your data. Its unfortunate because when I visited Bill's in Bath , the discount would have covered the 'optional' 12.5% tip that was automatically placed against my bill, I would prefer to decide what I would like to tip rather than the decision being made for me!
Lovely food @ Cardiff Bay
Lovely food at Cardiff Bay. The staff went out of their way to ensure my fussy little one was happy and rushed out some fries for a starter.
We had a beautiful meal for our family of 5 on a lovely sunny summer evening.
Great food and excellent service.
Food standard dropped
I used to love Bill's, and the Bluewater branch has been one of my favourite places to visit for breakfast or brunch with family, friends, and colleagues.
Unfortunately, my last three visits have been disappointing due to the same recurring issues.
On my first visit, the halloumi was burnt. We mentioned it to the staff, and it was replaced.
On the second visit, the halloumi was completely missing from our plates. After we pointed it out, it was brought over.
On my third visit, the halloumi was burnt again, and one portion was missing. At that point, we didn't even bother asking for the missing halloumi.
It's disappointing that the same issues have happened repeatedly, especially at a restaurant I've genuinely enjoyed visiting for the past 10 years. It's a real shame to say that, after these experiences, I won't be returning. I hope the management takes these recurring problems seriously so other loyal customers don't have the same experience.
Website makes me want to not come
The food is great and most of the restaurants are fantastic but your website is so horribly designed and popup ridden that if I didn't like the place, it would make me not come..hence the lower rating
Very disappointed from the staff today
Very disappointed from the staff today! I am regular client of Bills and was very disappointed from the staff in Bills Covent Garden today. We should wait for a table while they aloud other clients to go inside also we were asked how long we will stay. After that we left and I don’t plan to go there again!!! I go to Bills every week on Friday but they lost me, sorry!
⚠️ BE AWARE
⚠️ BE AWARE – POSSIBLE FOOD POISONING FROM EXPIRED FOOD ⚠️
I ordered the sea bass today and unfortunately the food appeared to be expired. After raising my concerns, I was informed by a member of staff that the fish had been supplied by a third-party provider.
this is not an acceptable explanation. Regardless of where the food was sourced, the restaurant is responsible for ensuring that all food served to customers is safe, fresh, and fit for consumption.
Food safety should always be a top priority, and customers should not be put at risk of food poisoning.
I hope the matter is investigated properly and that appropriate measures are taken to prevent this from happening to others
Avoid – Better Restaurants All Around Westfield
We chose Bill's at Westfield White City over several other popular restaurants nearby because of the excellent reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was incredibly disappointing.
Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, we were left waiting over 25 minutes for our food. This was especially frustrating as we had our 10-month-old baby with us, making the delay even more difficult to manage.
Our server, Bethari, appeared uninterested throughout our visit and came across as rude on several occasions. We never felt welcomed or valued as customers.
When the food finally arrived, it certainly wasn't worth the wait. The £29 steak was tiny, bland and lacked any real flavour. Flat Iron next door was offering steak for almost half the price, but we chose Bill's expecting a higher-quality meal. Unfortunately, the steak was nowhere near worth the premium. The portion of fries served alongside it was shockingly small – I've genuinely had larger portions from fast-food restaurants.
The burger was similarly disappointing. It was priced not far off what you'd pay at Five Guys, yet it was substantially smaller and came with very few fries. After spending over £67 between my wife and me, we were both still hungry when we left.
To make matters worse, when we asked for the bill, we were left waiting another 15 minutes. Bethari told us she needed to clear our table first, which would have been understandable, except she disappeared halfway through and never returned. By this point our young daughter was becoming restless, and we actually had to go looking for our Bethari ourselves.
Overall, this was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences we've had in a long time. The food was extremely overpriced, the service was diabolical, and the taste was nothing more than average. Given the number of positive reviews, I was expecting so much more.
Needless to say, we won't be returning.
What on earth has happened to Bills quality, taste and value for money?
Been coming to Bills in Lewes for over 25 years. It’s always been a memorable treat. The selling points have always been quality, flavour and value for money. I headed there tonight for the first time in a while and it was fairly empty which surprised me for a sunny Saturday evening. I tried the chicken katsu as it’s a favourite at another restaurant. Such a disappointment. The chicken was plentiful but seemed dry mundane and tasteless, like cheap frozen processed chicken schnitzel. The Katsu sauce was a very small amount and again tastless there wasn’t enough to even moisten the chicken. It was served with some very ordinary cheap rice and a small amount of pickle. All in all it no longer seems a quality, tasty or value for money option compared with its competitors. The staff were nice but seemed to be trying to hurry us along and repeatedly pushing drinks. The waiter asked if we’d finished when we were clearly still eating. I’m only reviewing this honestly and bluntly because I’ve always loved this place and I don’t want to see it go under through losing the very reasons to go and an inability to provide the same value for money as it’s competitors.
Bills Southampton
We came to bills in Southampton, the service was shocking we had to ask three separate waiters for our dessert menus. One of our meals came out stone cold. The drinks weren’t bad just very overpriced. Wouldn’t come back.
Great service
Tasty burger and sweet potato fries ordered to takeaway from Bill's Newbury.
Arrived in a timely manner, great service.
