They will hide behind terms and conditions that state that the membership renews automatically when cancelled....
They hooked me when I was looking a buying access to a live stream of a skating events.......still not sure how this company is ever going to change my life....

I do not recognize purchasing or signing up for this membership, and I was not aware of what I was being charged for. I consider this transaction unauthorized, and I will be reporting the charge to my bank as potential fraud/scam.
While I note that they have confirmed cancellation of the membership, I requested a full refund of the charge.

I had no clue what this was until I recieved a notification of them taking £30.10 out of my account to then take another £30.10 13 days later!! I reached out explained the situation and they were the least helpful.
They said I had entered a 3 days later trial period back in the beginning of may through a skill game 🤷♀️
Never used the service as I had 0 idea I had been entered into it, the way they get toy tied in to this is a real con, will be staying away from anything named this in the future!!

Agree with all the negative comments made by previous people.
This is definitely an absolute Scam, they lure you in with an unrelated offer to pay a small price for shipping a product to you.
A few days later they will then attempt to take a subscription of £62 from the original payment method.
Luckily for me I was suspicious and froze my credit card so further payments were blocked 😁.
Knew nothing about any bill planning expenses management solution on offer and did not want any. No sure anyone would want to pay a monthly subscription to be told were they have spent their money they could just check their bank statements.

This company is a total SCAM . Somehow they got my details and started a subscription ( no I did not sign up ) took $86 from my account . I emailed the company and explained the situation and they replied back saying that they cancelled the subscription and would refund the $86 which they did but then yesterday 20th Jan 2025 they took another $83 out of my account. I emailed them again asking why more money was taken from my account and all they said was that my subscription was cancelled which clearly it's not as money is still being taken out of my account.

SCAM! Sneaky company that lure unsuspecting people in with a prize draw to win LEGO - then use the details to sign you up to a subscription costing £62 a month - for nothing - there is no service!
Once spotted and on trying to get money back they have lied about an email being sent with Ts and Cs agreement etc. They cant forward the email have only provided a PDF which anyone could have created. AVOID!!
