This company is one of the very bad ones. When you have a problem with a part or waiting for a refund they do everything to create more problems. And contact by phone is even worse. The incompetence is through the roof. Its not service minded at all. I have worked with service all my career both in Sweden and abroad and handled much in over 30 years and i never seen such bad service from Bildelaronline24 and Autodock who is the same. Dont buy from them its better to pay more for parts so you dont have to get frustaded. WARNING

Yesterday ive got an email from them that showed that they miss documents. Called them and after another 30 minutes the person said that it was so Manny misstakes from them, (for the 20 th time) And he promisedmto fix it all. So every time its problems and it must be their way to cause it because why would they make mistakes in every way. Its been problems 6 times of 7 orders from them. Never again. Waiting for a refund now and i will buy elsewhere next time.
Answer 25 0ct. But the problems is that its been 14 days now and 4 times i got email saying 8 have to attach the reciept and i did it every time. Also 2 times by phone. I have asked to talk to Alex Clark who i spoke to in my chat conversations from the beginning. Asked about 10 times but nothing but sorry sir or my favorite, tomorrow.
Om really going to see this through and post what you people have done from start. So hopefully people think twice before doing business with bildelaronline24 and autodoc. You as a company seem to do this every time when there is a problem or refund. But to every time here sorry sir or as last week regarding this: Your employee says oh i se now what they have done wrong wile he is laughing. He said that there were Manny things wrong and that he would talk to the right people and sort this. This is the worst ive encountered in my life. And to talk to people that not is good on English does not help. This what you keep doing is crazy.
Update: 13th of nov 2023.
Finally got the refund after 30 to 40 calls and had to threat to take legall actions and report them.
And to write this on this site dosent feel good when you take erase my story and what had happened. it just helps companies that has this way of doing trying to cheat costumers. i will never buy a thing from them again.
