I sent Alice a simple message asking if they can submit my self assessment tax return.
She could have replied yes and just charged the fee, but instead she took time to ask my circumstances. In the end Alice advised I contact HMRC as I may not need to submit a return after all.
I am yet to do that, but the fact she put my interests ahead of her financial gain alone is worthy of commendation.
We could do with more such honest and caring business persons...

Excellent service from this company. They always help us, they pick up their phone at any time and are happy to give us advice. They are priced reasonably and for us as small business that is just discovering what is needed in regards to accounting they are life savers. We would highly recommend them!
