Fantastic product and customer service.

Great experience from beginning to end. Julie was super helpful and even machined a stand for me in the colour I wanted when they had no stock on website ! Collection from their hq was easy and saved me money too. Product is excellent and can’t wait to use it and buy more from these guys !

Collected a BikeStow Flip directly from Julie. Great. Very helpful and explained how to use, fold and unfold etc. Beautifully made. But most importantly - it does what other stands can't do - it packs away in seconds AND it has wheels which means it can manoeuvre in and out of small spaces - as per their website video demo. My bike can go vertical or horizontal and in great style. Impressive. AND practical. Sorted!. So that's quality, service and functionality - that does what it says it should. Nice.

Modular bed for transit custom. Great piece of kit. Very happy. Arrived on time and very well packaged. Easy to assemble. Easy to deal with by email. Highly recommended :-)

Bikestow stance !
I live in a flat & needed something to keep my bike upright , after trying a few useless stands i ordered the stance stand & wow instantly impressed with the build quality & it keeps my bike sturdy upright ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Quickly shipped. Simple but effective design and really easy to use. it flat packs so you can leave it set up in your vehicle and if you need the space for something else just flat back it and push to the side! was a bit hesitant at first because i thought it might tip over as we live on a terrible farm track but i tied each end down on the tie down points and it keeps the bike locked in place! no movement at all! very happy with my purchase and would like to see this business grow. only thing i would recommend to the MD is to get an automated email to confirm that the order has been received after purchase. I heard about the bikestow original and decided to buy one for my business. I put my name on the waiting list... My first contact was at the Bike Show in London. The team were very friendly and engaging. When I got e-mail notification that the 'Original 3' was coming in to stock the following day I prepped. I then got a call (out of the blue) from Julie saying that the custom colour I cheekily asked for would be in stock if I could wait a couple of weeks. I waited and was not disappointing. The product sits perfectly in my van and holds bikes so well. It's made a huge difference to how I'm perceived by my customers (I don't just bungee bikes to the side of the van anymore). Its easy to remove for events and it's in constant use. Love it.

Great product for a more than fair price. Shipping from GB to NL was remarkably fast, even right befor Christmas. 10/10 would recommend!

Bikestow bike rack for 4 bikes. Firstly I have to say the costumer service from Julie was superb, I could not fault her swift response and support in purchasing the 4 bike rack in Black. The product itself is built with fantastic precision and quality, and it looks amazing in the back of my Van with the bikes stored safely and securely. I have no worries recommending the company and products as superb and wish that all bike related companies were as good at looking after their customers as well as building top quality products. After purchasing my 2 slot bikestow I'm now left wondering why I bothered messing with bike racks and thru-axle mounts. The build quality is exceptional and makes loading bikes in the van a 5 second job, literally! I can't recommend it enough, should have bought one sooner.

I purchased a two bike rack from Bike Stow two years ago and recently purchased a four bike rack to sit alongside it. The design of the product is brilliantly simple and perfect for storing bikes. The quality of materials used is excellent and the first rack I bought is showing no signs of wear despite it being used daily. I would highly recommend the product.
Bike Stow are also a pleasure to deal with - their customer service is very attentive and they seem to enjoy interacting with and helping their customers. Great to watch their business grow and seeing new products in the pipeline. Well done all at Bike Stow!

We cannot recommend this product and the Company's outstanding level of customer service highly enough. The design of the bike carrier is truly innovative, is very well constructed, extremely simple to erect and is highly effective at doing its job. Having ordered the 3 slot carrier, we soon discovered that our two e-bikes would require 4 slots to comfortably accommodate the wide handlebars. A quick phone call to the extremely helpful, friendly and efficient Julie resulted in a speedy DHL collection and re-delivery. We couldn't be happier with this 5 star customer experience and will certainly recommend Bikestow at every opportunity in the future.

Following a crash which wrote off our car/bike rack, we managed to buy new combi van as a replacement 7 days before our biking filled holiday. Bikestow looked like the perfect solution. Got the van at 3pm on a Friday and I then ordered Bikestow at 6pm the same day. I then sent a pleading email on Mon morning at 10am to see if we would get it on time. It had already been packed for dispatch later that day. Received and tested on Tuesday lunchtime. Truly excellent piece of design and customer service. Room for 4 bikes in our Transit Combi plus stuff up the side. Now looking forward to our holiday.
