I ordered a bike and a set of lights. After a week, I only received the lights via DHL. When I contacted customer service the first time, I got a quick response – but they claimed the entire order had been delivered. It hadn't.
Since then, I’ve written multiple times to ask where the bike is, but I haven’t heard anything. I’ve also requested to cancel the order and get a refund, but still no response.
It’s incredibly frustrating that you can’t call or chat with them – you can only write, and even then, you don’t get a reply.
I would strongly advise against shopping here.
I really wish I had checked Trustpilot before placing my order.

Becouse bill shows that paymemt was done with klarna checkout i called to them and tey said its a scam and i shoild reach my bank and police . Bought a bike for my daughter 2 month…
Bought a bike for my daughter 2 month before her birthday, and I received it in a messed up box without the training wheels and mounting accessories. They then ship a pair of training wheels that don't fit, and also don't have any mounting hardware. I tell them about this and show them on a picture but their support don't seems to care and insist that they are the correct ones... I end up having to buy the correct one my self from a different supllier, and sadly they do not arrive in time for her birthday...

I was a bit skeptical due to reviews about long waits to get product and bad customer service. However, Bikester.no had a helmet that my daughter needed (matches her teams kit), and it was sold out everywhere else. So I decided to give it a shot. Customer service was in fact great and kept me updated all the time (Ludvig). It did take a bit longer than anticipated to get the helmet (arrived on 7th business day), however, there were several holidays etc. during that time. And…the helmet is still sold out everywhere else. So, very happy and I would recommend giving them a try again after the bankruptcy. They are getting back on track. Have some patience on the shipping while they get things rolling again.

Får beskjed om at det er på vei fra fjernlager og beklagelse om at det tar litt tid. 1 uke senere får jeg beskjed fra Klarna at bestillingen er kansellert. IKKE HANDLE HER.
Ordered shoes on sale from the website. The website had 1 pair left. Paid through Klarna. Everything seemed exactly as it should. After 3 weeks I called for the order. Receives notification that it is on its way from remote storage and apologies that it takes some time. 1 week later I get a message from Klarna that the order has been cancelled. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
I got the bike with many issues, no good resolution
Received the bike with numerous issues:
1. Scratched paint compromising corrosion resistance and devaluing the bike.
2. Non-functional battery ejector, making battery removal cumbersome.
3. Loose belt cover screw, shipped despite the flaw.
4. Lack of detailed information on the Enviolo model;
received an automatic version instead of the expected manual.
Upon reporting these issues, I was offered a voucher instead of a partial refund. Despite my attempts to negotiate a fair compromise to avoid the hassle of repackaging and shipping, flexibility was insufficient to find a middle ground, leading me to opt for a return. Unfortunately, there was no offer of compensation for the inconvenience.
In my final communication, expressing hope for a timely and seamless refund, the response from the product advisor was, "I would hope it goes well as I do not work in accounting." This response highlights a level of accountability and customer support.
Based on this experience, I recommend purchasing bikes from a physical store to ensure quality and avoid the cumbersome assembly process. I'll update on how the refund process unfolds.
Here is an update, in retailation, this company has stolen my money, I didn't pick up the accessories because I sent back the defected bike, but they didn't issue the refund to the returned products! it has now been 7 weeks. Also Klarna puled her hands out!

Will never buy from Bikester again
Will never buy from Bikester again. I ordered several products that was shipped in two rounds. I ordered the most robust mirrors for my new e-bike.
One of which was defect from day one. It’s impossible to tighten and it’s spinning around on every bike trip right after I have tighten the mirror arm.
Bikester can not provide new mirror/sold out and do not have any similar options. They are only willing to take the broken mirror back and not the other one even I bought this is a pair. I do not have any need for one mirror of this type and buy another one somewhere else. It’s rare to experience so squared customer service in 2023. It’s interesting to see how the Norwegian Consumer Council will look at this.

Placed an order on Wednesday 12th, total value of a bit over 32 000 kr. An electric bicycle, pedals, shoes, cleats, pump, gloves, and a light. The gloves shipped, good start. Then the light was cancelled from the order. I got an email for that. Now the shoes and pedals have been cancelled from the order. No email. No response to an email written to them last week. Currently patiently waiting for the remainder of the order to be silently cancelled so I can safely take my money elsewhere. Fortunately I paid using Klarna, and so won’t need to go through what I expect would be hell to get a refund from Bikester. Suggest avoiding this retailer: If the price seems too good to be true, it probably is.

My go-to for larger purchases
Bikester is a decent company. I bought an e-bike from them (Cube) and it was delivered in a massive protective box. The bike has been mostly flawless. Recently, I bought a mekkestativ (delivery took 3 days) and at Christmas my mother bought me some cycling shoes. Really, this is as good as any company I have used. The only downside is most physical stores will adjust a new bike for stretched cables and the effects of use after 6 weeks. These guys can't offer that, but you do, in the end, save on price.
