Bad customer service

I had ordered 2 bicycles from Bikester. One of the package has a missing seat. So when I asked for the same on the same day, they told me that they are checking internally if that is really the case (?). Then they shipped the seat after 1 day delay to another address than the original. When I asked the customer service, all they could say is that sorry for the inconvenience. How will I ride the bicycle 6KM without a seat to get the part fixed. Bad customer service and bad coordination. Will not recommend this dealer to any of my friends.

I can see you have now received both the seatpost and the saddle. We are sorry about the long process and that we sent the seatpost and saddle to your invoice address and not the delivery address you gave us when ordering the bike. Sometimes we send items in separate packages to ensure that they will not be damaged during the transport from Germany to Denmark.

Ordered a week ago, no item, no info

Ordered BnW bike sack on 28/03, order (theoretically) dispatched on 29/03, that is a week ago. No news since then, no update on the DHL page, no info from DHL, no reply to my order status request from Bikester. Flying in 24 hours, thereafter I wont need it guys...

Not taking a chance again

The delivery was fast, the bike seemed fine too, but breaks stopped working very fast. After contacting bikester I was asked to take some pictures of the problem. And how can can I take the pictures of such a problem? I found someone to fix the breaks, but after some time the problem occurred again and this time I went to a technician to fix it. As the bike is something I need for a daily use, I don't have time to take pictures, send them, wait for technicians evaluation and decision. And when I send the receipts paid, I got an answer that it cannot be refunded.
I could understand that it is more difficult when you buy online, but f.e. once I bought a closet online and some parts came defected. They didn't need any proves, any pictures, just send them at once. But bikester just seem to find excuses not to take responsibility.

Waiting 45 days for refund

I first received a faulty bike which I returned. The package was received by bikester on 8th December 2015. It's now 21/01/16 - 45 days later - and I have not received any refund.

nice offers

Everything was exactely as I was expecting, the products I received were indeed the ones I ordered.
I do recomment bikester as they have really good offers and a high range of products to choose from.
The down side is that the are working with DHL, which apparently don't take their job very serious. On the delivery day, they just send me a text saying that I need to reschedule the delivery for another day due to the fact that I was not home. Silly, as I was home the whole day. They simply didn't bother to call me or text me that they are around and I have to pick up my package.
Otherwise, bikester, great service.

trustworthy and delivery issues, good price

The delivery took exactly 12 days since the day of ordering. Quite a bit more then what it is claimed on their page. Just have that in mind, when you order. The bike came just like any other bike, in a box, not like Mr. Anders claimed earlier that it has a "strange" shape and needs "special" delivery.

My issues so far:
1. Inconsistencies regarding information about delivery
2. I was misled by the "Selected reviews" because it only shows the 5-star reviews
3. Contact phone number is placed next to German address, and not on 'Costumer support' but on 'About us' page, which is confusing
4. The only good thing about my experience with this shop so far is the good price

Impossible to cancel or change an order

Cancelled an order right after ordering, still they shipped the items... Customer service worth nothing.

Thank you for your feedback.

In general when we receive orders we try to process them as fast as possible in our warehouse, so our customers can get their orders as fast as possible. Therefore there is a very small window between ordering and us shipping the order. I hope that you understand that we do this as a service, because we believe that it is worth a lot to get the orders shipped as fast as possible. This sadly also means, that in some cases we are not able to stop an order from being sent. This was the case with you, and I hope for your understanding in this matter.

Regarding our customer service, you wrote us 30th July at 22:53 and our agent wrote you back the following day at 13:32. I think that is an okay responsetime, and if we were able to cancel your order, we would of course do that. In this case, you can refuse to accept the package and it will go back to us, and you will automatically be refunded.

If you have any doubts about bike parts in the future you are always welcome to contact us, and we are more than happy to help you find the right parts.

I hope for your understanding and I hope you will reconsider your 1 star review.
