I received my bike with damaged…

I received my bike with damaged fenders, missing saddle clamp and wrong saddle. After some negotiations refunded €65 which I wasn’t happy with I but I accepted to close the case and move on. Then I ordered the fenders and new saddle.

They only delivered the sadlle. Now there is no response from the company. It’s been 9 days and not a single response.

I also found out that it’s almost impossible to remove the saddle they sent so I feel it was stuck the to post from the beginning and hence they send me a faulty one from the beginning.

The whole process has been painful and disappointing.

I have requested for the Bike and everything I ordered to return it and no response.

I highly recommend to beware that if there will be problem don’t count on them.

Great customer service

I bought my Cannondale Topstone 3 from bikester. Bike needed done minor repairs after 1 month and Bikester customer service assisted me all the way. Initial response might take a while but once you're in contact with their customer service you're in good hands. Everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Very happy customer and can highly recommend this e-shop.
