Very slow dispatch
The order was dispatched (given to the delivery company) a whole week after placing it. Considering that this order contained only one item which was in stock at the moment of purchase, I do not understand the reason for such delay in dispatching the order.

I got the wrong multi-tool
I got the wrong multi-tool. I tried to connect with the shop vai e-mail and whats app, but with no responds!

You just cancelled my order
You just cancelled my order 3 days after I had placed and paid the order. After that the price of the product was instantly higher than when I ordered it. I did get my money back though.
But I will not buy anything here anymore, cause you never know if it will be cancelled or not.

Disappointed.
I still haven't received my package. It was delayed before it was delivered to DPD, and I can't track it there either. So I'm quite disappointed

Fine website - great service
Good website, clear communication. Parts were delivered as they were displayed on the website. The delivery of the parts was not the next day but was in more than accaptable terms. (ordered thursday - delivered wednesday)

Unprofessional and not trustworthy
I ordered wax for the chain through the store and paid with paypal. I never received a shipping confirmation. Also on inquiries by email was not responded. Overall, not very professional. Whether I get anything at all..... or the money is gone.... :-(
