Beware of scamming behaviour of BikeInn
They changed details of my order without any notification, and refused to refund the payment amount difference. The delivery is also extremely delayed compared to what they promised.

I don't think I will use this retailer again. I have an order in progress ( shown as "in transit to our dispatch centre" for the last 2 days) has suddenly had its delivery window slip by 10 days with no explanation or apology.

Overall I'm pleased that the product fits. And the price was low and also the shippingcosts (Spain-Holland) are low. I have some suggestions for improvement.
The product I have ordered has some important specific measures. Within the Thule bike-carrier-range there are several models. I would have liked the figures of the length of the product and the diameter of the ring. Now I had to decide on the basis of the picture. Fortunately it went good and the device fits on my bike-carrier.
The product has been travelling a week from Spain to Holland. That is not a problem. But about twice what was promised at the website. Please communicate a more accurate delivery-period.
I ordered the product to be picket up in Rotterdam-east. Finaly, to my surprize, it was delivered in Rotterdam-south, where I had to pick it up. That about 12km further.

Just don't trust the delivery estimates they show and avoid buying anything from them if you don't have plenty of time to wait for delivery delays. My order was confirmed on April 30th, and the delivery window shown was between May 1st and 5th in Vienna, Austria. They only dispatched my order on May 5th and suddenly changed the delivery estimate to May 7th, and now the carrier has changed the delivery date to May 8th. I'm leaving Austria today (the 7th) in the evening and will no longer be able to receive it. Note that I still had a two-day margin. They respond with automated messages and claim that shipping delays are out of their control, but in my case, they dispatched the product at least 4 days late. Another important detail: on the same April 30th, I bought from two other European sites from outside Austria and received my purchases in 3 business days. I will probably never buy from Bikeinn again. (And I can bet they will reply to my review with an automated message).

Very much delayed delivery!
Product ordered on 26 April, marked as 'available' with expected delivery by 29-30 April. Delivered in practice on 4 May, so after 8 days... No reason for the delay was communicated to me, no apologies. Delivery itself costed 6 EUR... Never again!

Waiting for a refund for over two months
I ordered a part for my new bike in February. I was sent an email to say my order had not been completed. This was false. I placed a new order and found out later they had me under the wrong email address.
I was charged twice and two parcels were shipped. I contacted Bikeinn and was told to refuse the second parcel, which I did. That was two months ago. I have been emailing them
for weeks and still they cannot locate my return (even though it has a tracking number) I am out of pocket by more than €300. It should not be my problem if they can't find a tracked item.

Dishonest Delivery Dates
Ordered a bike on 14th April, with an estimated delivery date (within the EU) of 24th. The order wasn't even despatched until 27th. The delivery company, Dachser, provides inadequate tracking information. According to what can be seen, the order has not moved in a week and is still in Spain. I have waited over three weeks and counting, for an item originally due in 10 days. When I queried, BikeInn customer service sent generic, stock answers with no actual information or explanation included. Lesson learned! I have used Jonito and other sites in the past, buying bikes online and their service is at a completely different level to this. I thought they would all be similar, but BikeInn are dishonest and evasive to deal with and the delivery service (€126) is woefully inadequate.
** In response to BikeInn's reply.. it is just not true that there is a choice of carriers. Not offered to me at time of purchase, so please be honest. 5 weeks in I am still waiting, still can't get a straight answer from anyone.

Poor returns policy
Products are good but £7 post and packaging taking over a week to arrive is sub par. Also, I don't understand how it is almost double (£12.99) in postage to return and item. To receive and then return a £30 order would be £20 in postage. That's simply not competitive in 2026.
