I bought a bike in the end of year sale the site support was very good they helped me close a deal even thew saler didn't know the process. They helped me ,it came super fast like a week from purchase and I live in Romania and the store that dold me is in Italy . I am glad to finally find a marketplace to buy safely bicycles

Although I was a bit skeptical at first, the buying process went very smooth, from searching, communication with the seller, purchasing, delivering a big box that protects the bike very well to the seller (seller kept me up to date on the progress, which was a big plus of course), international transport to me and finalizing the sale. Bike arrived without any issues in a short time, from clicking the buy button to arrival in 10 days if I remember correctly, Italy to Netherlands.
