Pretty Easy Process and Experience
We had to ship a bike from Virginia to Wichita. The process was easy. I had the bike professionally boxed by a Trek bike store in Arlington VA, printed out the packing label, picked up box and taped packing label on it, and dropped it off at UPS store. Four days later, we met the box at the house in Wichita, put the bike together and it was pretty easy.

If the actual packaged dimensions are larger than those provided, the carrier may assess additional charges after measuring the shipment. I love everything except whatever bugs are causing label access to be so tricky and difficult to download and print. I never have these issues with other companies and carriers. Thst said, prices are very readonable and the bikes arrived safely. :)

I purchased a couple of bikes in the last few months from a gentleman in Indiana. He dropped the bikes off at Indy cycles. They boxed up my bike and sent me the link to bike flights . I filled it out the info. It was super easy. The bike was picked up and I had it less than a week. Very pleased.

We do want to clarify that our carrier is UPS, not FedEx. If UPS revised the package dimensions, we'd be happy to review the shipment with you. If you still have any photos of the packaged bike or box taken before shipment, please send them to our support team. Even if the package has already been unpacked, those photos may allow us to dispute the carrier's revised measurements on your behalf.

Delay and shift the blame
The bike was delayed on the return by 10 days even though I paid through the nose for 2nd day air. BF said it was the bike shops fault. I'm not sure where there's any value in using bike flights. I'll just call UPS myself next time.
