Fraudulent Website – No Refund, Misleading Instagram Message
I ordered Cramster Velocity Riding Jeans worth ₹4,750 (plus ₹49 shipping, total ₹4,799) from Bikeaholic.in on October 11, 2025.
The very next day (12/10/25), they cancelled my order (#1008) without any notice or explanation. Since then, the website has been “under maintenance”, and they’ve stopped all communication.
Later, I received a suspicious message on Instagram claiming:
“Hi, we already initiated your refund process, but our payment gateway partner is unable to push the funds back into the account you paid with due to an error on your account.
To complete the refund, please share another bank account where we can transfer the amount…”
No legitimate company asks for bank details over Instagram — this is a major red flag. Their conduct appears fraudulent and deceptive.
I’ve been waiting for a refund of ₹4,799, but no official response has come from their team.
⚠️ Avoid Bikeaholic.in at all costs. They take payments, cancel orders, and vanish.
I have already filed a chargeback request through my Amazon ICICI Credit Card and reported the case to the official Cybercrime portal (cybercrime.gov.in) for investigation.
